The home is a guest house to the main house where the host lives. The home is close to many shops, and about 1.5 km from the beach. The house is a cottage, in a quiet area close to the water's edge, and yet only 15 minutes by car to Køge, which is a town with both shopping, restaurants, cafes and a movie theater. The nearest local restaurant is only 10 minutes from the house (on foot). The nearest supermarket is 5 minutes from the house by car. The house has a unique overgrown garden, where you are completely undisturbed due to the large trees. The garden is fenced. There's a trampoline and a big lawn. There are 3 rooms (2 of them are connected)

Stor terrasse. Jeg udlejer ikke, til familie med børn under 8 år. Man må ikke have, ude sko på indenfor. Der er 45 minutters kørsel til København. Det tager kun 15 minutter i bil til Stevns Klint.
