In the house in the forest, absolute tranquility awaits you surrounded by nature. You have your own vacation home in a secluded location without neighbors. There is a terrace overlooking the large fenced garden and the adjacent Bibersee. Many animals can be observed: beavers, otters, ducks, herons, rabbits and deer. If you are looking for relaxation from everyday life, this is the place to be. Heating is provided by 2 wood stoves. If you want, you can also chop wood. Walks in the adjacent forest are balm for the soul.

On approx. 260 sqm of living space, the house offers a total of 5 double bedrooms with bathroom and a spacious, open living and dining area with fireplace and attached kitchen. The farmhouse is located on a plot of approx. 10,000 sqm and is adjacent to a year-round farm towards the road.

Your chalet - with sauna & hot pot Enjoy your stay in one of our cozy chalets. Three bedrooms await you – two with double beds and one with two bunk beds – perfect for families or friends. To relax, your own sauna & hot pot invites you outdoors (with firewood for self-heating – for a real hut feeling). In the fully equipped kitchen you can cook together, then sit together in the cozy dining area and end the day.

Room Erna on the Grandsberg

Relax in this special and quiet place to stay. Enjoy the unique view at an altitude of 800 m of the Bavarian Forest and the Gäuboden. You can set off on beautiful hikes directly from the property. Particularly recommended are the Hirschenstein (with lookout tower, at 1052 m) and the idyllic Mühlgrabenweg. Here you can reach the peaks along a stream. There are also beautiful trails for mountain bikers.

The flair of the 50s is preserved in the house. It is idyllically located, surrounded by green and yet in the middle of the village. You can switch off wonderfully, with flexible equipment for creative processes even in small groups. For the guests, the 1st and 2nd floors are reserved and connected by stairwell. On the ground floor, I have my studios.
