Villa holiday rentals in Konstanz

Very friendly welcome from the host including a few welcome gifts from their own production. We felt right at home in the old mill and enjoyed our stay with the best and late summer weather including evening barbecue. Glad to have come across this somewhat extraordinary place and definitely recommend it

Perfect ,clean, has everything .

Great place. We were 4 adults and 2 kids and we had a great time. A spacious house with a gorgeous garden. There are enough cutlery, dishes and utensils. The only glue would be the toaster that on putting on the lead, and the linens and towels have to be paid for separately. The listing states that there is a washer and dryer, but they do not specify that they are not in the home, it is communal and has to be paid for the service. Removing this last to been a very nice experience. We will repeat next time we come for Deuchland

The house is very well located near all the areas to visit in the center of the Black Forest. Well soundproofed but needs a good set-up since it is quite old and we needed a microwave at the kitchen and a wifi network, which today is almost essential, plus mobile coverage there was almost non-existent. But overall the experience was positive, the place is beautiful. We had a problem with the hot water and the kitchen and Stephan promptly sent someone to fix it.

We immediately felt comfortable in the villa, after the wow effect when entering. The contact with the host was also sympathetic and accommodating. Despite bad weather, you could use the pool and hot tub. The gym is superbly equipped - we were busy ^^ also a big shout out to the cleaners, everything was sparkling clean and the bedrooms were very nicely prepared.

Superb view. Great location. Easy public transportation to Zurich and all of central Switzerland. Convenient parking. Patrick, as host, is gracious, responsive, and very helpful with activity suggestions.

We loved our stay here. The house was incredible, as pictured with enough room for our party of 8 including 5 adults, 1 teen, 1 toddler, and 1 baby. The ability to request a pack and play for infant and toys for my toddler was a game changer. The space was thoughtful and enough room for everyone to relax. The town is very quiet and sweet. You can easily walk to Migros and local restaurants. It was perfect for day trips to Thun, Lucerne, Bern, Zurich. It was the perfect landing spot for our group. Laundry is always a plus! Just a couple notes if you have kiddos and plan to do all public transportation, (not a big deal if you have a car but we didn't want to travel with car seats): the home is all tile throughout, not a lot of space to roll around if you have crawling babe etc. The house was absolutely walkable with a stroller from bus stations but don't follow google maps on the 345 bus stop, it'll take a shortcut up to the house that is all stairs. Take the 346 bus instead.

The place was exactly as described in the pictures. In addition to a very warm welcome with cakes and hearty dishes, which the hostess prepared for us for free, there were also no shortcomings and uncleanliness. In addition, the hostess was also available at all times and took care of every concern. Worth another visit any time!

I cannot say enough good things about Ramon, Doreen, Thilo and their two k cats Yumi and Orion. The hosts were so friendly, welcoming, and helpful. We felt right at home. The house and the views are absolutely beautiful. The cats were super fun and cute. They live near a train station, getting around was super easy. We would definitely come back to stay with them. Philipp's accommodation is particularly suitable for families with children. The availability of 3 showers or bathroom with a toilet and a bathroom is very pleasant and comfortable. The house has been tastefully and elaborately converted from a farm to a "homely" home. The large space available in and around the house is indeed extraordinary (toys, hobby room, swimming pool, barbecue area and much more) and should be an exception to Airbnb's offers. The unrestricted kitchen use and the other items and appliances in the house (washing machine, dryer, etc.) made our stay very pleasant. Philipp has also agreed to be able to charge our electric car at the house outlet (without extra charges). The presence of two cats was very likeable and perfectly rounded off our stay. We fully recommend Philipp's place.
