You can easily go for a swim (just 100m to a public small beach) and from many spots you can catch a view to the lake, to Überlingen and the landing stage of Dingelsdorf - no hectic, no stress - just relax & enjoy. The appartement is not located close to the road in the middle of a garden and orchard close to the lake. View is only limited by the fruit trees - beautiful lakeview in wintertime.

Small studio-apartment, new and charming

A lovely, newly renovated roof studio equipped with air conditioning. Located in the centre of Konstanz near „Seerhein“ the roof studio can be easily reached by all means of transportation. There are cafes, shopping facilities and a bakery nearby. The studio is perfectly designed for all people who want to feel at ease in the middle of the town. The bathroom is small but practically arranged. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, a stove and a dishwasher.

Our cozy apartment is ideal for 1 - 3 guests who want a relaxing break outside the hectic city. A great starting point for excursions by bike or on foot in the beautiful surroundings and to interesting destinations. It's only a few minutes down the mountain to the lake. Here, you can take the ferry to Meersburg, and the island of Mainau is also not far away. A nice long shore path or the free, direct bus (about 15 min.) leads to the old town.

On 30 square meters, you will find a bedroom with a 160x200 cm double bed, a private modern bathroom with shower, and a combined kitchen and living room. There is an additional sofa bed with a lying area of 1.10 x 1.86 m. You can enjoy the sun in your own front yard. For children, a slide and swing are available to share in the private garden area

Within walking distance you can reach all the sights, localities, cultural attractions, the Rhine and Lake Constance.

The apartment can accommodate two people and is located in the basement of a residential building built in 1927 in a quiet location. The house as well as the apartment was renovated by us in 2009 and modernly equipped. In a few minutes walk you are in the Lorettowald, the bakery and the supermarket.
