Holiday rentals with beach access in Konstanz

We felt very comfortable with Doris this week. The apartment is located in the beautiful Lotzbeckpark. You can hear the birds singing and at night the noise of the waves from Lake Constance. The apartment is small but very nice and has everything it needs for a relaxing holiday. We will be happy to come back.

Doro is an incredibly friendly and radiant landlady. She welcomes you very warmly. She is very available for any questions. It makes everything possible to find the best solution for everything. In this lovingly furnished apartment/house, you feel at home! I'd love to come back!!

One of the most beautiful holidays ever. We had an incredibly beautiful time at Lake Constance and spent our first holiday there as a family. We were provided with a travel bed for small children. Everything was clean, well-maintained, stylishly furnished. A washing machine and a dryer were available to us. Which can be very practical with a baby. The hostess answered questions very quickly. We definitely want to come back. One week was too short. Even in the rain, we could enjoy Lake Constance, through the beautiful view from the living room and dining room. The balcony is covered and sheltered from the wind. That was really great. We also thought it was great that we could grill there. An all-round great vacation in a quiet location and yet you can reach other places super. The guest card gave you a lot of discounts. We would love to come back, and even wanted to extend our stay. Unfortunately, the apartment was fully booked.

We were all super excited and enjoyed the time very much. Martin and his family are very accommodating and friendly. It's a shame that time has passed so quickly. This place can't be described as such, it doesn't do it justice. It is an all-round carefree package where you feel very welcome. We'll see you again for sure.

It was a nice experience and the booking was at a last minute call which was accepted by the host pretty fast! The vintage look was unique. Overall a nice place to relax and enjoy.

I fully agree with the positive reviews. Anja is a landlady with a lot of heart, who immediately makes you feel welcome. This is also reflected in the apartment, which is lovingly furnished and in which nothing is missing. In addition, we were greeted with many attentions such as fruit, sweets and drinks, which are not self-evident. It makes you feel right at home. I did the first few days from there in the home office, and the apartment is perfect for this too. It is only 15-20 minutes on foot to the train station, supermarket or the town center, and only a few minutes to the lake. From Langenargen, you can take many beautiful bike tours and excursions in the area. In the apartment, there is plenty of information material and Anja is there with more tips. Conclusion: I can absolutely recommend the apartment! Thank you for the wonderful stay! I will gladly ask again during my next visit to Langenargen 😀

Beautiful, stylish and relaxing vacation! The apartment with fantastic views of the lake immediately impressed us. Three large balconies, one in each room - and from each this unobstructed view. In the rooms, there is everything you need to live…and much more. The two bedrooms are quite large and the beds comfortable, blankets also good. The storage space here is sufficient. The two small, somewhat older bathrooms and the two-part, very small kitchenette are easily balanced by cleanliness and very good equipment of pots, dishes, glasses of all kinds, cutlery etc. From champagne bottle closures to multiple sockets, there is everything here. Everything worked as it should, including the check-in key box. We also liked the many dimmable lamps and enough balcony furniture with cushions. Frank leaves so much for his tenants, just great. Thank you, Frank, for your trust and the beautiful days in your wonderful apartment!

Beautiful apartment with amazing lakeside views. Light and airy. Pretty garden. Very stylish but also practical and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed and the sofa was huge in the sitting room space was great for relaxing. Bed big and comfy and nice linen with a choice of pillows. Great shower. Peppa also provided all the basics plus a surprise bottle of wine which was very much appreciated. Easy, pretty 10 min walk through the gardens into town. Also countryside with a pathway within 2 mins walks so giving the dogs a walk in the mornings before we set off to discover the area was so easy. Peppa is so friendly and helpful too - the perfect host.

Had a very nice long weekend with 6 adults, 4 children and 2 infants. The host Julia is very friendly and accommodating, made us feel right at home. The house is just great and offers very good opportunities for families. Would love to come back!

With easy access and welcoming messages this characterful house was quickly home from home. The property is well maintained and furniture and fittings are of good quality..The kitchen is lovely and very well equipped. The location of the house is very convenient for public transport and easy walking distance to Lake Constance, a local well stocked supermarket and local bakery / cafe. As dog owners, the special welcome for our pet was much appreciated and the good sized well fenced garden was a great asset. The outside seating area was wonderful in the sunshine. Definitely a happy place to stay.

Check-in was very flexible and easy thanks to the videos sent. The house can accommodate plenty of room. We were 12 people (6 adults and 6 children) The amenities left nothing to be desired. Fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, large bathroom (and there were more than enough hand and bath towels) the house is very nice and modern, and everything was very clean. Trampoline, sandbox and other toys for the children. Very quiet location, beach within walking distance. A big thank you to the owner who is always available and very friendly. We would definitely recommend it.

A lovingly furnished apartment with wonderful views of Lake Constance. Ulrich and his wife are super nice and helpful at all times. We had a great time and would book again anytime. The apartment has everything you need and is in a quiet, idyllic location.

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. A very quiet location facing the lake with private lake access and prestine views. Check in was also very easy and flexible and the communication also was very friendly and Mark is very responsive. Cannot complain!

Pros: This place is beautiful. It's exactly like the pictures. It was very relaxing and enjoyable. Cons: The google map directions took us down a bike path that we were clearly not supposed to be on and that path dead ended so we couldn't get through. We had to back up and navigate our way back up to the main road and disregard the map directions and figure it out another way. The real road/bike path that did allow us to get to the house was filled with bikers who seemed angry that we were on the path in the first place even though there was no other way to get to the carport. So, that was stressful every time we had to leave or return. Aside from that this place is wonderful. We highly recommend it!

We were 4 adults in the Casa for 1 week. Everything was very clean, the beds were already made and sufficient towels were also provided for us. The communication was great and Silke's restaurant tips were extremely great. The location of the Casa was great for us. We were able to take our kayaks (on boat trailers) through the garden gate directly across the street to the beach and did several great tours from there. The short distance to the bus to Überlingen, Meersburg and the ferry to Constance was also ideal for us. So you could also do nice things independently of each other.

The accommodation was the most beautiful of all in Lauterach. Both the apartment and the terrace were designed with a lot of love and very tastefully. The lemon tree, olive tree and fig tree are simply a dream. The tranquility of the surroundings and the bedroom, with a bed that feels like you're sleeping on clouds, provide a restful sleep. The whole apartment is very, very clean. Another reason why you feel so comfortable with Doris. Doris herself is a very friendly, dear landlady. How could it be otherwise? Karin is a great host. She is very friendly, was waiting for us at the train station and drove us to the apartment. On the way she pointed out the grocery stores, bakery and cafés. The apartment is clean with modern appliances and is a perfect size for 2 people. A 24-hour transport ticket allowed us to travel to Zürich by train (15 minute trip) or by ship (20 minute sail -very pleasant). The train also goes directly to the airport without needing to transfer. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful weekend away with our family! The apartment was everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Lots to do, plus we enjoyed sitting on the balcony and eating :) thanks so much Isabelle and Family!

My wife and I had a great time in Manuela and Hermann's apartment. We were completely satisfied with the self-catering facilities and the good location near the city center, lake and Pfänderbahn. Communication with Manuela and Hermann was also great, always friendly and also proactive. We have nothing to complain about.

Hosts are super friendly and everything was very clean. In addition, we received information about restaurants and everything else important in advance, which we were able to read later on clipboards. :) In addition, the house is very quiet and you can still easily walk to everything. Overall, it was a great stay.

The apartment is in a very quiet location in a beautiful house. The apartment offers a lot of space, a very harmonious decor and a mega well equipped kitchen. We felt immediately comfortable with our two boys (5&8 years). The communication was very prompt and accommodating. We stayed in the apartment for a week in the fall, where the heating was in operation. The oil taste was a bit in the apartment, but only in the hallway. In the bathroom, it smelled very strict, but it has a window, so you could also ventilate again and again. Thanks for the wonderful week at the lake!

Quiet, super-equipped apartment with good transport links. Everything you need. Highly recommended.

The pictures do not do this place justice. The rooms are bright and sunny. The location is ideal yet quiet. Everything can be reached on foot within 10 minutes or less including the lakefront. local bakery, restaurants, Edeka supermarket and train station. This town offers more restaurants than most surrounding towns and more activities making it an ideal base for a visit. The unit itself is very well equipped for a short or longer stay. There are even night lights in case nature calls in the evening. The host family are delightful and open to conversation or providing recommendations. The beds are comfortable and the rooms large enough to not feel cramped. The 2 balconies with awnings provide sun or shade as needed. A most comfortable stay and a place we recommend to anyone when in the area. We hope to return again very soon. Fyi, the off street parking and proximity to everything in town on foot is a big plus as the town has paid parking in almost all areas.
