Modern 35 m2 studio in a residential neighborhood. It is located in a separate house on our private property. It has a huge garden, a private patio with a BBQ. It is very well equipped to make everyone feel at home away from home. Reykjavik centrum is 10 km away. The kitchen has all necessary appliances and cutlery. This is a studio (50m2) with one queen size bed, kitchen and a private bathroom. It is close to public transport and has free parking (no camper vans). You’ll love my place because of the proximity to open spaces and trails, quick way into the city, easy access to main roads and the quiet neighborhood. There are super markets nearby and a local swimming pool with hut tubs and sauna. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers and business travelers.

Nice apartment located 10 km from downtown Reykjavík with a free parking.. Swimming pool near by, grocery shops, gas station and good walking trails by the sea with a view over Viðey. Museum and galleries near by also. The apartment is on a fifth floor and in the building are 38 apartments with all kinds of neighbors so this is not a party house. I meet my guests to let them have the key.
