MtDome - your private midnight sun escape

Very private and cozy dome in a rare location. If you truly want to meet the Icelandic nature and weather, then this is the place for you. It has a fireplace, panorama sauna and not a person in sight. A superb place to see the northern lights or enjoy the midnight sun. You have to work for your reward by walking for about 10 minutes to the dome from the parking at the farm. Its a good place is you want to get off the beaten track and still be close to the main attractions like the golden circle.

The house is close to Hamraborg bus station (10 minutes walk), local swimming pool (called "Sundlaug Kópavogs" which we highly recommend), Sky Lagoon, bakery, supermarket, pharmacy and more.

All year geothermally heated cabins with private hot tup, terrace and bbq. Tranquil environment but still only 5km from nearest town Hveragerði and 45km from Reykjavík center. Perfect base location to explore the south of Iceland. My place is close to great views. You’ll love my place because of the location, the outdoors space, and the ambiance.
