At home during the holidays. You can feel this in the "Eggergütl," which belongs to the mountaineering village of Ramsau. It is located at 1,000 m on a southern slope - with magnificent views of the impressive mountains of the Berchtesgaden region. You have the whole house (100 square meters) and the garden to yourself. So you can make yourself really comfortable in the deck chair on the balcony and 2 terraces. A special feature is the bedroom with large panoramic window.

Almhaus Louise und Almhaus Oscar (je 4 Zimmer, ca. 104 m² Wohnraum, 9 Betten, erbaut 2008) liegen direkt im Skigebiet Zillertal Arena an der Gerlosplatte/Plattenkogel auf 1.700 Metern Höhe. Im Winter absolut schneesicher - im Sommer eine Oase der Ruhe. Sie können fast bis zur Haustür skien, und im Sommer sofort loswandern, da zwei Wandelrouten in der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Häuser liegen.

Ulis Skihütte is one of the oldest on the Königsleiten in an exposed prime location. Located right at the ski lift, start and end your perfect ski day and watch your loved ones ski. The accommodation for a maximum of 5 guests offers you free Wi-Fi, a TV with free NETFLIX access and a south balcony overlooking a wonderful Alpine panorama. Minimum stay is 5 days. Mountains, cows, Heidi-like scenes and fresh air: come to us to see what a typical Tyrolean farm is like. We are located in Schlaiten, a small village 12 km from Lienz (not to be mixed with Linz), at an elevation of 960 m (about 3,000 feet). The apartments are on the first floor of our house.

Our place is located approx. 5 minutes above Ramsau in the Zillertal. There are some great restaurants nearby. Very cozy accommodation with beautiful views over Zillertal mountains and large sun terrace. Our place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups.
