Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Kringa

Wir haben uns bei Marko und Leila sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Kommunikation war super! Die Unterkunft entspricht genau dem Bildern und war wirklich schön! Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und eher abgelegen, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind aber mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Casa Nostra!

Klasse Unterkunft mitten im Grünen! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sehr gepflegt und sauber und bietet vielfältige Sport- und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten (auch für Kinder). Dazu zählen der heizbare Pool, eine Sauna, ein Whirl Pool, Tischtennis oder Fahrräder. Die sonstige Austattung des Hauses ist ebenfalls exzellent. Der grosszügige und gediegene Flair des Hauses trägt sehr zu einem entspannten Urlaubserlebnis bei. Der Gastgeber Ivan ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können die Villa La Finka uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

Host is very helpful and communicative. The place is great but bring good shoes as the entire town is not easy to walk through and be ready to climb no matter where you go. Pool is great, spa is lovely. Goran is super nice

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning lavender field and vineyards. The house itself is cozy, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved strolling through the fields, enjoying the peace and quiet, and watching the stars at night. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. Highly recommend this gem to anyone looking for a peaceful countryside retreat. We can’t wait to come back!

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

prachtig appartement in een prachtige stad

Vi var tre kamerater som bodde i leiligheten til Masha. Vi hadde et helt fantastisk opphold her – dette er uten tvil en av de vakreste Airbnb-ene vi noensinne har bodd på! Leiligheten var nydelig, superren og hadde alt vi trengte, men høydepunktet var definitivt den uforglemmelige balkongen med utsikt som tok pusten fra oss. Parkering rett utenfor gjorde alt veldig praktisk, og beliggenheten var perfekt for å utforske Pula. Verten Masha var utrolig hyggelig og imøtekommende – varm, hjelpsom og oppriktig opptatt av at vi skulle trives. Vi følte oss veldig velkomne fra første øyeblikk. Tusen takk for et uforglemmelig opphold – vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Die Wohnung ist toll. Von aussen ein nicht so schöner Wohnblock für 8 Parteien aber die Wohnung selbst einfach großartig. Der Host reagiert sofort und wir wurden sogar mit einer Flasche Wein und Keksen begrüßt. Zum Kieselstrand ist es ca 10min steil bergab über Treppen und am Schwimmbad vorbei. Leider gab es weder Liegen noch Sonnenschirme am Strand zu leihen. Nur nackte Grosskiesel in praller Sonne. Nachts war es bei offenem Fenster bis spät in die Nacht recht laut. Die Strasse verläuft ca 20m vorm Fenster und einige Hunde haben sich lautstark durchgehend unterhalten. Aber man kann ja auch die Klimaanlage nutzen und die Fenster schließen;-) Das Bett war sehr hart- erst nach 3 Nächten hatten wir uns dran gewöhnt... Insgesamt eine tolle Basisstation für Ausflüge in jede Richtung und um freundliche Kroaten kennenzulernen. Anfang Juni machten dann auch einige Lokale am Strand wieder auf und eine Bar gibt's neben dem Schwimmbad.

Wir freuen uns auf einen baldigen Besuch, um das Verpasste nachzuholen und Karla und ihr Land kennenzulernen

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Aufenthalt bei Rafael & Milena! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben einige tolle Tipps für die Umgebung inkl. Restaurants, Strände, Wanderungen etc. erhalten. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und der kleine Garten war schön gemacht, mit Lavendel- und Rosmarinbüschen. Die Matratze war auch ideal, nicht zu hart aber auch nicht weich. Die Aussicht ist ebenfalls genau wie auf den Bildern und man kann bei Sonnenaufgang schön draußen sitzen und frühstücken. Herzlichen Dank nochmals von uns! 🙌🏼

Great location and lovely apartment

Appartement avec une vue magnifique. Le logement est bien équipé, avec tout le nécessaire pour pouvoir cuisiner. Un Lidl est accessible à 5 minutes à pieds. L'accès à la piscine et au jacuzzi sont un plus, de même que l'accès à une place de parking. Nous recommandons et avons passé un agréable séjour chez Suzana.

We had a lovely one night stay at Jure’s fantastic apartment. Jure’s mother met us to help with check in and gave us lots of great recommendations for our time in the area (the restaurant up the road is a good spot for dinner and a drink! ).The apartment is terrific; a relaxing balcony to sit on in the evening, comfortable beds and the bathroom is a masterpiece! Biggest regret is that we only stayed for one night so need to return!

Le plus de ce studio : l'emplacement !!!! proche de tout, supermarché, boulangerie, petit marché, plage...avec un accès avec escaliers. Terrasse très agréable, même si un peu bruyante.

Davorka est extrêmement sympathique et très avenante. Disponible au besoin. nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. L'appartement est grand et disposait des services attendus. Je le recommande.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Filip war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckend war die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Pool – ein echtes Highlight! Der ältere Herr, Filip’s Vater, war ebenso unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Filip hat uns sogar am Abreisetag etwas länger im Apartment gelassen und uns alle Apartments gezeigt.Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We hadden een fantastisch verblijf op een bijzondere plek. Alleen al het terras - en bijzondere uitzicht. Ook het appartement zelf was top. Danilo bleek een heel attente en prettige gastheer. We komen hier zeker graag nog eens terug!

Biserka est une excellente hôte : accueillante, chaleureuse et attentionnée. Le logement est idéal : propre, bien équipé. Le jardin offre un vrai plus. Nous recommandons !

Really enjoyed our stay. The terrace is amazing! The kitchen was very nice, updated, and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive, helpful, and friendly.

Wir waren vom 19. bis 25. Mai 2025 bei Sara in Pula (Valkane) zu Gast und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Sara ist eine herzliche, offene Gastgeberin, die fließend Italienisch und Englisch spricht. Wir hatten das Apartment 1 eine sehr saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Klimaanlagen und einem kleinen Balkon. Alles war super gepflegt, die Toilette und das gesamte Apartment blitzsauber. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war traumhaft! Die Lage ist ruhig, mit schönem Garten und sogar frischen Früchten – gleichzeitig ist alles, was man braucht (Supermarkt, Strand, Altstadt), schnell erreichbar. Sara hat uns alles genau erklärt und war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Albina è una superhost, disponibile e davvero simpatica. Ci ha accolto appena arrivati. L’appartamento è davvero spazioso, ben organizzato, pulito e ha tutto quello che serve (ci ha lasciato cioccolatini, latte, caffè, succo, acqua e anche del vino). Il parcheggio è vicinissimo e gratuito. La posizione è perfetta, ideale per esplorare la Slovenia (Capo d'Istria, Pirano, Portorose, le grotte di Postumia…) ma anche Trieste e i dintorni. E in più, ci ha offerto la colazione nel loro bar! Super consigliato!
