I felt very good at Arved's place. My stay was quite and relaxing. The flat is well equipped also for a longer stay. The flat was clean and I felt comfortable.

We were super satisfied with our stay. The house on the lake is furnished with attention to detail and can be found exactly as in the pictures. Everything you need for a perfect vacation is available. Since we are very close to nature, the large garden was a dream. You can enjoy the peace and quiet to the fullest and the kids have plenty of space to romp around. The proximity to the lake invites you to swim and there are many corners to relax. Boat rental, exchange stations and restaurant/snack bar are available. The aquapark with various elements (at the campsite) directly on the lake is a great highlight for kids. You can reach the city center in about 30 minutes by car and a zoo visit is not to be missed. We'll be back.

We know and love Leipzig. We also chose this accommodation to be near Lake Kulkwitz. For this, we took the slightly longer route into the city center RB 20 to the main station or bus 65 with a change to tram. The train station and bus are quickly accessible on foot and run regularly. The accommodation is quiet. The apartment is clear, tastefully and lovingly furnished and equipped with everything you need. Having a balcony is pleasant. Kerstin was very flexible with our arrival and inquired very nicely about our well-being in between. A very pleasant overall experience.

The place was perfect for us. Everything we needed was available (kitchen, bathroom...). The apartment is not large, but completely sufficient.
