Skiin/out The cabin borders directly on the hiking and high mountain terrain east behind the cabin. A great hiking terrain inwards the silk valley. Short distance to many fishing waters and nice swimming areas. The area is known for good skiing conditions throughout the winter with 150 km of cross-country ski trails, 12 lifts and 26 downhill slopes. Shared lift pass and ski bus between the lifts. Nice penthouse in the first row overlooking Gaustatoppen. Lots of opportunities all year round. Ski in & out for cross country skiing, alpine skiing and ski touring. Walking distance to restaurants, après-ski, shop, bakery, pool, paddle tennis, etc. Shared parking space 40 meters from the apartment. The apartment is equipped with duvets and pillows. Guests bring their own bed linen and towels. Can be rented at the hotel if desired. West facing terrace with sun every hour of the day. Guests do their own cleaning. Please note that the sauna stove is out of order.

Well equipped kitchen, and all amenities. 2 delicate bedrooms with double beds, and tiled bathroom with shower and washing machine. TV and Sonos systems, and all the possibilities for a wonderful time in the mountains in beautiful surroundings. Nice porch with a lovely view. Must bring your own towels, bed linen and wood for fireplace. Sunshade in living room,otherwise free of curtains due to amazing views from the bedrooms.

We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Charger for electric car 5 min away.
