We live in one of the houses and also rent out a cabin and the upstairs apartment on AIRBNB. ("Rofshus2" and "Lita cabin in sunny farmhouse") Patio with table, chairs and barbecue. Great view of Totak and the mountains. 5 min to drive to the city centre with shops and driven cross country trails. 10 min to the ski centers. Great WIFI. Great summer hiking opportunities. Charger for electric car 5 min away.

Modern, newly furnished apartment with very central location on Gaustablikk. The apartment is located on the 1st floor with porch/patio in a nice building with six units. Ski in/out both in terms of alpine and cross country skiing. Short distance to Gaustablikk high mountain hotel with restaurant, swimming pool, spa, "The Happy Sportsmann" and ski center (about 200-300 meters). The apartment has 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with family bunk and 2 bedrooms with double bed). Well equipped for 7 people with all necessary equipment.

Cozy apartment close to Gaustatoppen. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen and duvets and pillows in all beds. There is also access to a sofa bed that sleeps two people. The apartment has an integrated porch with a direct view of Gaustatoppen and Kvitåvatn. There is a private parking space in the parking garage under the apartment complex. Short distance to all amenities at Gaustablikk. Has been maintenance on the building this summer, but they are done now. Laundry can be ordered for NOK 500

Walking distance to Gaustablikk Fjellresort with restaurant/bar and swimming pool, to the Happy Sportsman and Ski Center (about 150-200 meters). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with family bunk and 1 bedroom with double bed. There is free access to wifi. Otherwise well equipped for 8 people with all necessary equipment. Nice patio with a view to Gaustatoppen.

Bring the whole family to this great place with plenty of space . The apartment is newly renovated and has brand new bathroom - living room + 2 bedrooms w/ double beds and new kitchen and own laundry room with washing machine and dryer . Private large terrace with barbecue and furniture. Private parking for several cars outside . All beds are ready made including towels on each bed . There is also a travel bed for family with small children

Great 2 floor apartment in Telegata 6. The apartment is well equipped and with 2 parking spaces at your disposal. It has 65 inch tv with smart function , wifi is included . Walking distance to all amenities Notodden has to offer. Dette er en hybel med egen inngang, fullt bad og god seng. Fem minutters rolig rusling tar deg opp til Campus Notodden, Universitetet i Sørøst-Norge. Fem minutter andre veien tar deg til dagligvarebutikken. Er du student eller ansatt og trenger overnatting på samling, er dette stedet helt perfekt. Et enkelt og fredelig overnattingssted med sentral beliggenhet. Hybelen ligger på baksiden av huset, se bilde av eksteriøret.
