Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

A 120m2 apartment awaits you on the first floor, the family-run pastry shop Café Zeitler in the quiet Labertal, it is easy to reach from the A 93 and also by train. Direct transport connection to A3, train station, bus. 15 km to the cultural city of Regensburg.

The two single beds are light and can be combined as needed. A wardrobe and a closet complete the cozy room. The built-in kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, sink, 2-burner ceramic hob, crockery and basic spices are there.

Regensburg with its cathedral, Walhalla, historic old town as well as art and culture is just as close as Kelheim with the Liberation Hall, the Danube Gorge and Weltenburg Monastery. Much can also be reached by bike. In the evening, relax on the terrace and enjoy the tranquility.

Our cozy gallery apartment in Regensburg's old town offers you the perfect starting point to explore the city and all other sights. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated and offer everything you need. The open architecture gives the accommodation a special flair. Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
