Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Lake Simcoe

We had a wonderful time celebrating our friend’s bachelorette. We’ll definitely have to come back one day when it’s a little warmer!

Would recommend Nadia’s home to anyone visiting the area, the house is located on the lake with amazing scenery within a few seconds walking distance from the house! The house was beautiful so clean and spacious, everything was labelled and well laid out for us and Nadia was just fantastic to communicate with and super helpful with any requests we had! There was a lovely homely touch when we arrived to receive a welcome basket and a note from Nadia. I would highly recommend this property to anyone and we will for sure be back to visit during the summer months.

Would 100% recommend this cozy cottage and we are already keen to return next year! Shannon was very responsive and addressed our questions clearly and in a friendly manner. The cottage was beyond our expectations with respect to cleanliness and tidiness! We also enjoyed the use of the fire bowl and two single kayaks around the beautiful lake.

Nortehaus is a great place for some private, peaceful time if you wanted to do indoor things. The sauna room was clean, the kitchen was big and well-stocked with kitchen equipment. It is ~30 minute drive to nearby provincial parks if you wanted to do some hikes.

Great stay. Private and peaceful area, but within walking distance to the vibrant Friday Harbor. We have had lovely time. Thanks Alex!

Great spot to rent...Beautiful space. Host were very friendly and had prompt communication. Perfect type of place to get away. Would have been better if the weather was nicer. I expect we will rent here again in the future.

Chelsea’s place was absolutely beautiful ! Upon walking in the house, the view of the water is breathtaking and did not get old each morning while sipping our coffees. The home itself was very homey, and a great wide open space for gathering with friends. Chelsea was super helpful when booking, made recommendations and was super responsive during our stay with any questions we had. I would highly recommend a stay here - can’t get much closer to being “on the lake”!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful lakefront cottage in Innisfil! The location is absolutely stunning—waking up to serene lake views every morning was pure bliss. The cottage itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable Would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat by the lake. My husband and I spent our first year anniversary at Lanny & Jennifer’s beautiful property. Right from the start, they made us feel right at home by greeting us and giving us a walk through of the property. We never felt so at home at an air b n b! The place is so well kept - clean, smelled great & had all the essentials. We felt safe and at home throughout the stay. The pool was well kept and the laundry was an amazing addition. The neighbour hood is quiet and close to all the stores. The hosts were extremely personable and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. We highly recommend this property and we will be back!

We had a really nice time at Marias place. It's calm, cozy and has a great location. We liked the restaurant nearby and the walks at the seaside. Marias recommandations for activties we're also very helpful, espacially guests with dogs are very welcome! The communication with Maria was very good and fast because she told us everthing in advance.

My stay at Carley’s place was amazing ! Her place is stunning , incredible attention to detail , comfortable and peaceful. Great location , short walk into the downtown offerings. Derek and Doreen were extremely friendly, responsive, and hospitable, everything in the suite and in the backyard was as shown, if not better. They even gave us a gift as we had mentioned our wedding day was the day prior, couldn’t recommend them and this place enough, we would book again in a heart beat, thanks for everything Derek and Doreen!

Beautiful and comfortable home, nicely decorated. Felt like home away from home. The place is very cozy with a great view at the river, very relaxing. I have to say it has exceeded my expectations. Judi and Dave are very responsive. I would book again in a heartbeat.

I had a great experience staying here. Gaby provides clear instructions before arrival for an easy and private check-in. I didn’t need to use many of the amenities during my stay, but it has everything you may need and there is plenty of space. Highly recommend if you need lodging in the northern Toronto suburbs!

Stephanie was wonderful and the space she has is so perfect! Love that there is main floor back door access and super easy to get in and out of the parking garage as she’s on the main floor. Will definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at this stylish comfortable condo in a nice neighbourhood. The condo itself is very clean and has everything,and more,than you need. The brita filter is a big plus ! Comfortable beds, luxurious linnen and a good washer an dryer made us not wanting to leave... Thank you Ron (and Anna)

We stayed at Mark & Lisa’s place for a night and had a great night. Mark’s very responsive and gave very detailed instructions before the check-in. The place is nice and has all amenities one needs. We didn’t get to use most of them such as BBQ, patio furnitures, dishwasher, coffee machine, etc , due to limited time there, but these are all available.

Immaculately clean, spacious, and Beautiful condo. It had everything we need and a few steps to the marina. Easy instructions to get inside and parked. I highly recommend!
