It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

The mountain hut invites you to relax with its flair, the numerous seats in the fresh air and a cozy wood-burning stove. There are shops right in the village and they can be reached on foot. In summer, the cabin can be reached by car, in winter it is a short walk.

Das ca. 38 m2 große Apartment befindet sich in unserem Einfamilienhaus, im ersten Obergeschoss. Es besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, TV, Schlafcouch, Balkon, Kleiderschrank, Küchenzeile, Essbereich, Garderobe und einem großen Bad mit Badewanne und WC. W-Lan, Parkplatz sowie die Nutzung des Skikellers, sind kostenlos. Wir als Deine Gastgeber wohnen im Erdgeschoss. Dein Eingang ist natürlich separat.

Welcome to the apartment "Mountainstyle"

The romantic and modern dream apartment on the ground floor is located in a sunny quiet location in the center of Kaprun. The Maiskogel valley station with direct lift connection to the Kitzsteinhorn glacier is only a 2-minute walk away. Bus stop, shopping and restaurants are within walking distance of only a few minutes.

Our house is located in a sunny location in the district Thumersbach in Zell am See. The apartment offers space for 2-4 people and a big deck. From the balcony you can enjoy a marvellous view to the mountains.
