An der Stelle eines alten und verfallenen Bauernhauses wurde im Jahr 2010 das Bauernhaus "Zum Heinrich" errichtet. Bei dem Wiederaufbau war uns die Erhaltung des Charakters sehr wichtig. Im EG befindet sich die Gaststube Heinrich, die den Mittelpunkt der GutsAlm darstellt. Das als "Gute Stube" bezeichnete Obergeschoss bietet Ihnen zwei Doppelzimmer mit atemberaubendem Panoramablick. Ausstattung im Obergeschoss: 2 Doppelzimmer, die auch als Drei oder Vierbettzimmer nutzbar sind, Dusche, Balkon

Ameisberger - Country house

The holiday flat in Landhaus Ameisberg in Mitternschlag has a wonderful view of the mountains. The accommodation consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a gallery with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom and a guest WC and thus offers space for 6 people. Facilities also include high-speed WiFi with a dedicated workstation for working from home, a washing machine, satellite TV, children's books and toys. A baby cot is also available.

The spacious apartment is located on the second floor of the apartment building and has a balcony with beautiful views of Lake Freudensee. The evening sun is best followed from the balcony and enjoy the last hours of sunshine. Only 50 m separate the house with the beautiful Freudensee and the attached recreational area. The apartment is suitable for beautiful nature, rustically furnished in Bavarian country style. No frills, no Chi Chi. Honestly Bavarian.

Living "wia dahoam" in Passau

The apartment is in a single-family house on the 2nd floor and is not far from the city center of Passau. On foot it takes about 25 minutes to the center and by bus about 5 minutes. One stop is 150 meters away. There are plenty of places to shop (penny, rewe, butcher, baker...) which can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is completely newly renovated and actually equipped with everything you need to live. There is no separate apartment key.
