Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Lawndale

Casey is an amazingly good business man! He was extremely communicative, professional, friendly, empathetic and responsive. Literally the ideal host. The location is wildly perfect for a recharging getaway that’s near strip malls. The home is very close to Ventura Rd. and near freeways so relatively quickly to get to destinations. Inside the home, the view over the city is spectacular. The place was roomy and relaxing. There is great space for entertaining and hanging with family. Casey made the stay nice. Would certainly recommend it for anyone considering a stay in LA.

We love this place. A few wonderful things the description doesn’t mention: (1) the amazing views from the back balcony, (2) higher altitude so it’s nice and cool and also no mosquitoes (houses lower have mosquitoes now), (3) the new amazing washer and dryer, and (4) the hot water for showers is fantastic.

This was the perfect home and location for my friends and I who flew in to town for a concert. The house is nicely decorated and looks exactly like the photos. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, which was perfect for 5 people with 2 separate couples. The backyard was nice, but the mosquitoes are fierce! We left citronella candles so hopefully others will put them to use and not get eaten up like we did. House is well stocked with anything you’d need - I appreciated the extra toilet paper and towels specifically. We would definitely book again!

I’m extremely satisfied with John’s beautiful house, and I can say this is the best place I’ve ever stayed in LA among all of my 17 LA trips. My parents were so obsessed with John’s place and they said they wanna stay here forever. John’s place was so clean, bright, and prestige, which was exactly matched with the pictures. John was also being very responsive and friendly (always reply less than 10 mins). Nice place and totally worthy!

Amazing place- out the back door are pedestrian walkways that could not be more charming. House is perfect- comfy! We didn’t want to leave. 100% awesome.

Me and the fellas have an annual trip to LA for Summer Game Fest and Jay’s spot was perfect for our trip this year. Clean, spacious, and lots to do in the house. Nice outside space to kick it and the sauna was the frosting on the cake. 10/10 of stay again and again. Jay was always very welcoming and responsive. Don’t walk, RUN to book this spot! Before we even booked, I reached out to Kelly to ask about a venue location that we were also using. She responded very quickly and accurately. There were more areas in the house for reading or quiet time and our family surely enjoyed them. We were there for a family wedding and were gone most of our stay. Dynamite view, extremely comfortable, and worth the price. Thank you.

Everything was perfectly fine We had some issue with the cleaning, but the host sorted it out We absolutely understand, It’s not the hosts fault. Probably the host has to be more strict with the cleaners Otherwise, the host was very helpful and the stay was perfect as desired Location was perfect Location had ample parking

Mary’s place was great! There were many food spots right around the corner. It was very spacious and felt cozy. My favorite part was the giant mirror and dimmable lights! Parking and getting inside was easy.

Overall, I had a good stay. I like the security of the building, it’s also centrally located. The Garage was definitely a plus because parking in Long Beach can be very difficult. It was big enough to fit my Tesla model X so it was a decent size. The space looks like the photos. I had a little trouble with the cable, but I was able to watch Netflix so it worked out. I just wish it was pet friendly.

I love this condo in Westwood -- I am a return customer. FABULOUS location in Westwood near everything and perfect for UCLA. It has parking (!!) and a pool and you can walk to campus, walk to Target (many time if you are helping a student move. Many, many times!) Lots of restaurants all over and Trader Joe's right downstairs. The place is lovely. Great kitchen and bathroom. Super clean and lots of fun.

The way Cliff treated us as guests really touched my heart. To say he goes above and beyond is an understatement. The location was literally perfect for us and it’s such a great deal. It really is a private place. We felt nice and tucked away.

The apartment was clean and had a terrific view. We loved the neighborhood and walked by the ocean everyday.

I went to celebrate my 50th birthday and this location was exactly what I needed. Walkable location to restaurants, beauty spots and most importantly for me the beach…..since that’s the main reason I came. 🏝️The host gave a special touch to my visit since I was celebrating my special day. I would recommend this place for it checks all the boxes when it comes to location, restaurants, things to do and much more. Even the Uber driver was impressed with the neighborhood/beach location and mentioned they have to come out this way to enjoy Redondo Beach. Thank you again for making my stay extra special.

Joseph and Lisa were very responsive and kind! Their home accurately represented the photos and listing. We really enjoyed the outdoor balcony for the sunset. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were in pristine condition. My friends and I enjoyed our stay and the complimentary welcome snacks and coffee machine. We will be back! :)

House was as expected. The host was extremely accommodating for our big group. Checkin was easy and seamless. The only issue we had was that WiFi didn’t work well in downstairs master. Other than that, this house was everything we needed and more. Irene was fantastic! I wish all hosts were like her.

Liza and Pascal are phenomenal hosts! They are hospitable, attentive, and accessible! I appreciated Liza checking in on us to make sure we were comfortable, and her readiness to recommend great places to eat and fun things to do in the area. If I had a question, she answered within minutes. The house is beautiful! It is clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. This was my first time using Airbnb, and I could not have asked for a better experience!

This was truly one of the best vacation homes I’ve ever stayed at. The house was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and offered complete privacy. The host was outstanding, always prompt and attentive to our needs. The backyard was absolutely stunning—watching the hummingbirds sip from the water fountain in the early morning was an unforgettable highlight. We had a great stay at this house! Our three favorite parts - the awesome views (even better in person), the beautiful pool/hot tub (which was always very clean), and getting to love on Bella (their super sweet dog). Stephen communicates very well. They gave us all the privacy we needed. The house was a perfect size for our family (brought our two kids) and the extra long patio was great. A few areas in the house could use updates (example: the shower knobs are difficult to turn) but it was all clean, which I strongly appreciate. The views, pool, and Bella made our trip amazing for sure! Thank you Stephen and Pim.

Min’s place was perfect for our group! The rooms were large and each had their own washrooms. The place was close to everything and it was easy to get around! Would definitely recommend to anyone else
