Very nice stay in the countryside, I recommend this house!

If you are looking for a warm welcome and beautiful surroundings, I would strongly recommend this place. The hosts could not have done more to make us feel welcome and to help ensure we had the best stay. Nothing was too much trouble, from dropping off bikes for our children to ride during the trip, to helping with the vet appointment needed for our dogs. I don’t think we have ever been so sad to come to the end of a holiday. Absolutely wonderful people and the best of France in an absolutely stunning location

Rental faithful to the listing, Karim is a caring host. The house is very spacious and the two bathrooms are very practical (during our short stay the bathtub was reported out of use but we used the shower). We recommend this property.

We had a great time to celebrate New Year's Eve with friends. The house is spacious, perfectly equipped and met all of our expectations. We were 9 adults and 2 children (ages 4 and 5), and everyone found their space. The children enjoyed the toys made available to them. The decor of the house is warm and cocooning, creating a very pleasant and cozy atmosphere. Plus, we all slept very well thanks to the comfortable beds. Antoinette was responsive and attentive to our needs. A big thank you also to Annick for her warm welcome upon arrival and departure. We highly recommend this place for a stay with family or friends, and we will be happy to come back!

very pleasant stay, the house is well arranged, we were looking for a place to meet with friends, it was up to our expectations. the indoor pool is a real plus, the terrace is large and friendly, many attentions from the owner, bottle of water in the rooms, bottle of Saumur and small welcome cake. In short, everything was perfect. I would do it again without hesitation. Laurent.

A place I would recommend. Close to the quiet circuit. The house is big enough for 8/10 people. The pool is a plus. Can't wait to go back!

We had a great weekend in Seiches-sur-le-Loir in this beautiful home. It is spacious, very well decorated, perfectly equipped and ideal for a stay with others — there were 10 of us and everyone felt comfortable. The garden is perfectly maintained, and the view from the sunset terrace is simply splendid. A real moment of serenity. A big thank you to Matthieu and Nathalie, attentive and warm hosts. A perfect cottage for a group weekend, with its very pleasant exteriors and all its available amenities (swimming pool, football, table tennis, etc.). Very nice quiet house in a beautiful environment. The outdoor space is very pleasant (beautiful terrace, pool), the interior is spacious and very functional, the rooms are large and the bedding is good quality. I recommend for a stay for families or friends.

Highly recommend staying here. My boss and his guests, needed a place to crash after the Le Mans 24h race. Perfect location and facilities. Mika the host was amazing and helped us from the start, we would have been lost without his help and local knowledge. He went above and beyond for which we were very grateful.

We had a great vacation despite the bad weather with a very clean place when we arrived. Good communication despite a bug in my messaging, the owner adapted. Ideal for a large family who wants to enjoy a quiet place away from everything to relax and watch a beautiful starry sky.

An idyllic setting for those looking for a great space to welcome family and friends. A very pleasant calm, a decorated house with great taste and the pool house is a real plus. Patou welcomed us wonderfully and remained available throughout the stay. Between the swimming pool, the billiards room, the large living room with the video projector and the beautiful bar, this place will seduce you for sure. I highly recommend
