Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Leipzig Directorate District

I was allowed to be a guest at Katharina's for the second time. She is a very friendly, lovely, warm and uncomplicated hostess. I didn't miss anything at the place. In addition, there is a beautiful garden that surrounds the stylish house. Parking is right in front of the house at all times? – no problem (one street down the road looks different). I would love to come back.

We had one of our best stays at Alexandra's... the house is simply perfect... it's well beyond the description... I've never seen so many utensils, everything is there, books and games available, the outside is super charming... everything is incredibly thought out... And full of nice touches as welcome gifts! The price is ridiculously low for the offer. I would recommend it 100% .

We had a wonderful week in the charming parish church. In the beautiful large garden there were cherries, currants, raspberries, cucumbers and lettuce, which we were kindly allowed to harvest - a huge highlight for the children. We enjoyed the beach at the nearby lake and easily took the train to Leipzig. So there was always something to do and everyone felt comfortable. Thank you Sophie for your generous hospitality!

It was a very nice weekend and we felt very comfortable. The Waldhaus is very idyllic in the middle of the countryside with forest and beautiful nature. The furnishings are modern and the view from the terrace is simply indescribable. We'll be back. A big thank you to Ralf for his beautiful forest house. He was always easily accessible.

We felt very comfortable in this great house. Everything was clean, we didn't miss anything. The garden and the surroundings are a dream. On site you can let the children play in the garden and the landlords are super friendly. As a welcome, there was even a small cake and a few nice greetings. We got great tips on what activities are possible in the area. Leipzig Zoo is a 40-minute drive away. Sachsen Therme 20 min. Shopping is good in the village. The house is really fantastic. On the street to the house there is unfortunately no footpath. After a short walk along the road, there are good paths on foot. We recommend the place.

It was very nice at Johannes' again. Great accommodation, quiet location, everything you need is available. I'd love to come back. :)

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. The view and the small balcony are wonderful. The location is great for exploring Leipzig. We will definitely be back!

We immediately felt comfortable and welcome :) Leipzig is worth a trip and best with these great hosts :) The accommodation was perfect (we were at the gymnastics festival) to reach by public transport and also the event points were very easy to reach (conference hall at the zoo, sports forum, festival grounds, etc.) Restaurants and shopping were also within walking distance. We also had a very good place, whether to play or sleep (grandfather and grandfather in a separate room), me and my 2 kids (3 years and 9 months) in the other room with a travel cot), then with the balcony to sit outside very cozy. Elias (3 years old) loved the slide in the garden and had a lot of fun with the daughter (who was too short for Elias :)) We wish you all the best and thank you again for everything. Authentic German housing, efficient and very functional. Close walk to the S Bahn, but also easy parking in your own place, and very close to Leipzig, with lots to do and see in this suburb. Very quiet, slept great!!

Our stay at the Seglerbogenbande was great! Communication with the hosts was always friendly and smooth. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and designed with a lot of love for detail. The hot tub and sauna were absolute highlights and ensured perfect relaxation. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, better than in many other accommodations, which made cooking on site really pleasant. We would particularly like to emphasize how warmly and dog-friendly we were received – everything was really thought of. The surrounding area is ideal for walks and simply beautiful. We felt completely comfortable and will be happy to come back!

Our stay as a small family with Jürgen and Christiane was a complete success. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area. Parks, outdoor swimming pool and shopping facilities are easily and quickly accessible by car. The apartment impresses with its spaciousness and charm. Jürgen was always easy to reach for agreements and was very accommodating to us at all times and in every situation. We felt very comfortable and would choose this accommodation again at any time.

Highly recommended! The hosts are very, very nice, helpful and open. No unresolved questions or problems. If there are any questions, communication is smooth and lightning-fast. The apartment is very quiet and idyllic, is clean and well maintained. There is a booklet with recommendations of the area for companies and restaurants. I would recommend it again at any time, without reservation.

Great apartment where all the necessities were available. We slept well, ate well and enjoyed the morning coffee on the patio. We'd love to come back. The host Lisbe was easy to communicate with.

While the pictures used on Airbnb were accurate, it’s an even prettier space when you arrive. Bea was super responsive and helpful and flexible when I needed to adjust the duration of my stay. I would definitely stay here again and thank Bea for her help with accommodations during my stay.

In the apartment, you immediately feel comfortable, very lovingly and tastefully furnished. Rarely slept so well in a strange bed. The kitchen is well equipped, we didn't miss anything while cooking - everything you need was there. Everything was spotless and very clean. The location is very quiet with nice neighbors and the location was ideal for our excursions, and shopping is within walking distance. Parking is practically on the doorstep. Great roomy, comfortable and private condo with easy access walking to the music venues, old town and shopping arcades. Appreciated the lift to 4th floor apartment!

Well equipped flat and nice quiet neighbourhood.

A very nice apartment with a great terrace. Good amenities, even in the kitchen. Very quiet location in the countryside, but very good connection with tram and S-Bahn to the city center (about 10 minutes driving time). We loved it, the next time we visit Leipzig we will book this apartment again.

We spent a wonderful weekend on the farm and felt super comfortable! The apartment was very cozy, very clean and well equipped. The garden was also very rustic and wonderful for relaxing. We will be back :)
