Lovely two rooms apartment with a lot of light, sun set view and greenery out the window. Neatly decorated with vibrant and colorful vintage furniture making it a cozy and a stylish place to stay. Situated in a calm street right at the corner of Karl-Heine-Straße where bars, restaurants and cafes are plenty to choose from. Walking distance from art galleries, cinemas and theatres (see my guid book). Near to everything, public transport are available at a 3 minutes walk.

The 60 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available. This accommodation does not offer: towels. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a garden and balcony.
