Attention to detail and comfort as we like it ourselves - lake and beaver, fields and oaks on the doorstep, swimming spots as well. Milane and sea tern in the air. Close to the public bus to Leipzig, in Halle also within 30 minutes, castle and monastery in Merseburg within 10 minutes. By foot on the Way of Saint James or by bike on the Elster bike path? Our detached house is located about 20 km from Leipzig and is well connected to the city by regional train. We rent out our house because we will be on vacation ourselves in time. This way you can take a relaxing holiday in the countryside and you can easily reach Leipzig with its many exciting holiday offers. Our property is 1200 square meters and offers plenty of space for relaxation and tranquility but also for movement and fun (football gate, pool, large trampoline...).

The dream house with its 120 square meters of living space is not only directly on, but partly on the lake. Arrive and switch from "0 to 100" in the holiday mode, so describe the previous guests. Peace, pure relaxation and if you want it lively, the center of Leipzig is 25 minutes away by car. The 40 sqm lake terrace with lounge invites you to relax and if you like it more sporty, a canoe, two sup, two bikes and a ping pong table provide exercise. Welcome!

Very functional but homely furnishings made of modern and natural elements: oak planks, fireplace, sauna, underfloor heating, well thought-out lighting concept.
