Seit Sommer 2025 vergeben wir nur wenige Wochen im Jahr unsere Oase der Ruhe und Natur. Ihr wollt nicht 0815 und so richtig abschalten, raus aus dem Alltagsstress - dann hinein in 1.800 m2 Idylle für euch alleine und entspannt die Seele. Zwei Bungalows, drei Schlafbereiche mit insgesamt 5 Schlafplätzen. Im Sommer (Monate 06-09) könnt ihr im Pool schwimmen, an kalten Tagen laden euch Kamin und Lagerfeuer ein. U.a. mit: modernes Bad, Gasgrill innen & außen, Wlan, Trampolin, Tischtennis usw..

Cozy Room

Die Wohnung liegt im Zentrum Leipzigs mitten auf einer der besten Straßen zum Ausgehen: der Karli. Obwohl man vor der Tür das Leben hat, ist es in der Wohnung ruhig. So ist die Wohnung die beste Kombination aus Ruhe-Oase, produktiver Arbeitsumgebung aber auch mit jeder Menge Bars, Restaurants und weiteren Feierlocations genau vor der Tür. Du wirst in einem von zwei Zimmer wohnen - in dem anderen lebt mein Mitbewohnerin Jana. Bei uns herrscht eine respektvolle, herzliche und ruhige Atmosphäre.

Am Feldrand den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Ruhe vom Dorf, trotzdem zügig mit dem Auto in die Stadt. Im Sommer am Pool mit überdachter Terrasse, abends im Glashaus die Rehe beobachten. Ins Themenzimmer zurückziehen bzw. jederzeit am höhenverstellbaren Arbeitsplatz mit 24" Monitor remote Office'n. Geräumiges Wohnzimmer mit bequemer Ledercouch und Beamer für Abendgestaltung. Gut ausgestattete Küche für Kochabende oder Brunch genauso geeignet. Parkplatz und abschließbare Garage direkt vorm Haus.

The apartment with upscale facilities is ideal for couples, families up to 3 adults + 1 infant up to 3 years, but also single travelers. The apartment is located in a very quiet residential area (EFH area) with extensive shopping just 300 m. It offers, among other things, a protected roof terrace and extraordinary "bad weather equipment" (including sauna, games collection, 3D home cinema) no mechanic's home! No pets, non-smoking

Relax with the whole family in this home. The house is ideal for parents who want to have a relaxing holiday with their children. There is a pool for the family, a trampoline for the kids and for a relaxed evening you can sit comfortably on the terrace, which, however, still consists of shaken gravel. There is a large game room in which everything can be used. And a large living and dining area if the weather doesn't cooperate.

You will stay in the old mineral water factory surrounded by fields with terrace, complete kitchen, bathroom with shower and bathtub, spring park, large pool (free of charge). You can enjoy country life at the Zweiseitenhof from its most beautiful side, pet our horses or swim in Lake Werben. Friendly dogs are welcome. Living close to nature in the garden bungalow

Welcome in our garden on the outskirts of Leipzig. With its 35 sqm, the bungalow is a cozy accommodation and was newly expanded in 2018 and renovated in 2024. In the open kitchen there is a refrigerator, stove (not oven), kettle, toaster and coffee machine. Garden and pool can be shared with us.
