Shopping and public transport, as well as charging stations for electric cars are very close. Bus station is 150 m away (bus line 73, from main station towards Sommerfeld). Sleeping arrangements are a double bed in the bedroom, a sofa bed in the living room and a folding bed for 1 person.

The apartment is located on the ground floor at the back of the house and is very quiet. The balcony is also on the quiet back side and has sun all day.
