It is a new building, the raw construction look is wanted. First-class transport connection by bus, tram 9 and S-Bahn [suburban train], 15 minutes to the city, 35 minutes to the airport, 200 m to the swimming lake. Two bicycles can be used, so you can be in the city or at the trade fair in 20 minutes.
