Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Leutasch

We were 8 and did a team workation. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, but we felt very comfortable in the large living room!

Absolutely beautiful & pristine place with quality cookware which we appreciated. Great bathrooms and bedrooms. Parking right out front! Only complaint was that living room area was extremely small. Location was perfect - 5 minutes to town, less than 15 minutes to Zugspitze, Eibsee, Partnach Gorge. Perfect for a family!

We were 2 married couples and wanted to go hiking. There are many beautiful hiking trails in the area. Calimoto helped with that. A good restaurant can be reached on foot in a few minutes. We also liked to use the sauna in the garden. It's quiet at night. Next year we will come back and bring our bikes. In the evening, we could also play games at the large dining table. We were able to watch the last match of the Bundesliga on the large TV. Dunja gave tips on request and is very friendly. Regards, Johannes

Brittas very likeable, uncomplicated and unobtrusive appearance made it difficult for us to say goodbye on the day of departure. From the first minute of our vacation, we were in feel-good mode. The kitchen equipment will make the heart of a self-caterer and hobby cook beat faster. Is there anything better than a restful sleep on vacation, despite the unfamiliar beds? No problem with Britta. Cozy living room with tasteful furnishings, a balcony with heavenly mountain panoramic views. And where else will you be greeted in a holiday apartment by the host with two beautiful bouquets of flowers? We'll be back! Thank you so much for this wonderful stay.

We enjoyed being able to be for ourselves. The location was simply awesome and offered many opportunities for exploring. We would book again at any time, there is nothing comparable in the area. Simply a gem in every respect!

A rustic, cozy yet modern retreat (new bathroom, modern cozy furniture, beautiful solid interior), which we happened to discover at the last minute at a very fair price. The view is really something! With the daily "nature and cloud TV" and "cricket chirp radio" (there really is no TV or radio, which is really great!) where you can very well mask the subtle noise of the main road in the distance, we were able to recover very well from the many hiking tours. Whether having breakfast outside in the morning sunshine or watching the evening sunset in the mountains on the bench, we enjoyed every day and spontaneously extended it. We had the somewhat "smaller" house, which was completely sufficient for 2 people, and had the property for our sole use almost all the time. We were able to switch off very well here. Thank you Peter for your hiking tips and the always fast and nice communication. We will be happy to come back!

Amazing place! Just as pictured. Incredible view. So relaxing and close to get to paragliding, funicular, and hiking, biking or just walking. Very clean, great amenities. Everything you need for cooking including oils, spices etc as well as espresso is in stocked kitchen. Stefan was readily available to answer questions and was there when we arrived. Would give 10 stars. Highly recommend!!!! Wish we could have stayed longer.

A great stay, everything was clean and if you need a break and a lot of peace then you are right here. The view from my balcony was simply fabulous, I could look directly at the mountains! For my dog it was also a paradise as the area had such great hiking trails! As soon as you had a question, I got an answer in no time! It was worth the money! Thank you so much I will be back!!

The apartment captivates with its breathtaking view. The rooms are sufficiently large, as are the bathrooms. Underfloor heating and cozy beds complete the package. There are many, varied restaurants and shopping facilities in the vicinity. The house is in a quiet area, the outdoor terrace has plenty of space and sunlight. Communication with Katrin was straightforward and the answers were quick. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the days there. We will be happy to come back.

Anna Maria's place was impeccable clean and beautifully decorated, it was very comfortable and felt like a home away from home. She had put so much thought into everything from decor, cleanliness and having milk, bread and and other items stocked for us. We could not have been more pleased to stay here, highly recommended.

Absolutely recommended place to stay – better than in the pictures! The apartment exceeded our expectations. Furniture and equipment are high quality and modern. Especially the kitchen is excellently equipped – everything very well maintained and up to date. The bed is extremely comfortable with good mattress and quality linens. The bathroom is also top: clean, modern, tasteful. The balcony invites you to linger – quiet, overlooking the countryside. The internet connection is fast and stable, great for streaming or working. Everything was sparkling clean – bathroom, kitchen, bed – we immediately felt comfortable. The parking space directly in front of the door ensures a relaxed arrival. Overall a place that we can fully recommend – we'll be back for sure!

The apartment is very new, clean, and the view is very clean. The host is very warm and welcoming even if we arrived very late.

Especially great for children is the large and very well-equipped playground right behind the house. The hosts wrote very friendly messages and explained everything easily and well. This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. We had a fantastic stay in Vera's stylish loft apartment. With children, it was also great to be located directly at the Hungerburg cable car and the Alpine Zoo. The apartment is really very modern, very clean and offers a fantastic view of the mountains. Quietly located, but with a few bus stops to the city center. If you come by public transport, we recommend the W bus line, as the other 500 bus lines still mean a 15-minute walk uphill. Vera was a very helpful host with great tips and quick answers to our questions. Absolutely recommended – we will be happy to come back!

We loved Carolin's space - specially the nice balcony area with nice views of the mountains. It was extremely clean, made us feel welcome and cozy and had a lot of space to enjoy a comforting day after being on the mountains. Carolin was always very attentive and flexible - it was simply smooth and great. I wish I could have stayed there longer :) will come back

A lovely place to stay to explore the alps. It was great to be able to open the back door onto the garden and a lovely view.

Beautiful, quiet apartment in a great location. Communication with Alice was super pleasant and uncomplicated. The accommodation lacked nothing (on the contrary: many things of daily need are already available) and the view from the garden is breathtaking. Perfectly located for excursions in the area (Geister-/Leutaschklamm, Isar hike to Scharnitz, Lautersee... - all can be started directly from the accommodation). Public transport to Garmisch-Partenkirchen or Innsbruck is also within walking distance. I would be happy to come back.

We had a very nice stay in the apartment in a very good location. It was clean and modernly furnished. Antonia was also always easy to reach.
