Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. The modern furnished appartement is on the outskirts of Cologne, directly at the Rhine river. Please note that a car is favourable to get to the appartement and back into town and for getting groceries. Please note that we emphasize in our description on the fact that the appartment is located on the outskirts. The City of Cologne charges a tourist tax also for Business Travel starting in July 2024. We therefore unfortunately had to rise our rate by 5%.

A small hallway leads to the bedroom with double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and TV, as well as to the spacious living room with large dining table, TV, fold-out sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m). Adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen is a small balcony. The bathroom consists of a separate toilet, sink and a bathtub with shower.

Hospitality is very important to us! Our cozy and personal apartment is ideal for a short or longer stay in our diverse Mülheim and the surrounding area. Very good infrastructure due to the central location in the Ruhr area. Düsseldorf Airport and the trade fair city of Essen can be reached in 15/20 minutes! The Max Planck Institute is a 5-minute walk, as is the forest and the Ruhr! There are many excursion destinations for all ages!

Mini-studio in the green heart of Cologne/centrally located

Our accommodation is a beautiful 1-room apartment with a floor-level shower room. The apartment was completely refurbished and renovated in January/February 2020. It is located in the basement of our detached house and is accessible via our garden with a private entrance. It has a cozy box-spring bed, a seating/work option, Wi-Fi, fridge, microwave, tea maker, coffee maker and a seat in front of the entrance.

Small wooden hut in near the Rhine Self check-in/out

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation. It may not be big, but it's definitely enough to spend the night. Unfortunately, the hut is no longer up to date, so please don't expect any luxury 😉. Meticulous people won't be happy here, but individualists definitely will! Remember to bring earplugs, because I have 2 roosters on the property 😉

Perfect for nature walks. 10 km to Bonn city center (20 min. bus connection) and 10 km to the beginning of Cologne.
