Incantevoli spiagge si trovano nelle vicinanze e possono essere raggiunte rapidamente e facilmente in auto.

Casa del Capitano | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Casetta silenziosa e luminosa in un giardino spazioso e tranquillo. Dehor sotto una piccola pineta dove poter mangiare all'aperto e godere della vista mare. Camera da letto matrimoniale, ampio bagno, soggiorno con cucina, giardino con tavolo sedie e sdraio. Aria condizionata. Doccia esterna. Parcheggio in giardino. Animali non ammessi. La Guardiola - Capo Perla

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

Consists of 2 bedrooms (double and twin beds). There is a large kitchen with direct access to a large terrace where you can eat outdoors. Equipped with mosquito nets, fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The apartment "Oliveto" represents the essence of the Tuscan arcipelago park. It is in fact surrounded by olive trees and in the gardens you can find different types of fruits. At the same time it sits on the mountain underneath the village of Capoliveri, providing beautiful views and at the same time every kind of confort needed. It in fact less than one kilometers away from the village and from the two nearby beaches "Zuccale" and "Barabarca".

Cosy house at Porto Azzurro

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
