As typical in Venice, It does not have a lift, but we take care of your luggage both at check in and check out, you don't need to carry anything !

A Venezia non ci sono molti ascensori, farete circa 50 gradini ma non così ripidi. Ho un luogo dove potete lasciare le valigie.

A small romantic attic, with a private terrace, well-kept and full of light thanks to the windows overlooking the Venetian roofs. You can relax on the terrace, admiring the landscape, sipping your coffee. The house overlooks Via Garibaldi, one of the most authentic neighborhoods of Venice, where it is easy to find cafes, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. It is not recommended for people taller than 1.80m or for people with mobility difficulties because there are 4 floors of stairs!

This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is equipped with everything, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace, the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!

"Il ramo di kaki" is a 120 square meters' very comfortable apartment. It was my grandparents’ summer residence during the ‘50’s. The apartment was completely renovated in 2018. It is located on the second floor of the historical house on the main street of Lido, the Gran Viale. The house keeps the original and beautiful venetian terrazzo floors and yet has all the modern comforts. “Wherever you go becomes a part of you somehow”- Anita Desai
