House holiday rentals in Linardići

We hebben heerlijke 2 weken gehad met ons gezin in dit huis. Super fijn weer gehad en alles wat je maar kan bedenken was aanwezig in het huis van Natalija en haar familie. Vlakbij Labin, ik denk een van de best gelegen plekken van Istrie! We hebben genoten van het strand in Rabac, goede restaurantjes vlakbij en van hieruit heel Istrie verkend, Rovinj, Pula enz. Ook de plitvicemeren gezien en dat is 5 uur op en neer maar de moeite waard. Hele fijne tijd gehad! Dankjewel!

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig gelegen und bietet absolute Privatsphäre. Es war super sauber, viele Handtücher und Bettwäsche vorhanden. Der Pool wird einmal die Woche gereinigt. Maja war immer ansprechbar, hat Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben, tolle Gastgeberin! Achtung bei der Anfahrt: Die Einfahrt zum Grundstück ist sehr schmal und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, zu wenden.

House was beautiful, much better then described and showed on the photos actually ! And the kids loved it. Pool, playground, cinema, fire pit. Amazing. We hope to come again soon...

alloggio fantastico in tutta la sua completezza, pulito e ordinato, completo di ogni cosa di cui si possa aver bisogno, host molto simpatici e cordiali non ché anche disponibili per ogni eventuale necessità, discreti nel fatto di non stare a monitorare i loro ospiti. Insomma consigliatissima come location per ferie, molto propensi per una eventuale esperienza estiva in futuro, grazie di tutto.

I've just returned from a 1 week stay and there were 4 adults and 1 baby. The baby room (wasn't on the listing) was excellent and very well equipped and this made our stay so much better. The property was beautiful and well described, but the pictures don't so it justice. The host was lovely and very helpful when we needed her and we will hopefully come and stay again in the future. A floor plan would be even more helpful for future guests because bedrooms on the ground floor and the baby room are big selling points for families or those with disabilities.

Havde en dejlig ferie i det skønne hus i de fantastiske omgivelser. Huset ligger med ubeskrivelig smuk udsigt. Idyllisk med fugle som kvidrer. Den tilhørende pool er stor, flot og ren. Dette er det flotteste sted vi har boet her i Labin/Rabac. 😍 Håber at komme tilbage til Rominas dejlige sted.

Ein kleines Juwel an der Küste bei Senj, mit traumhaftem Ausblick auf die Insel KrK. Wir haben mit der Familie (6 Erwachsene) in dem super Haus mit den beiden getrennten Einheiten wundervolle warme Herbsttage verbracht, innen und außen alles top! Ivan hat uns an der Küstenstrasse beim Checkin abgeholt, war die gesamte Zeit immer erreichbar & wirklich ein Superhost. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

We had a lovely stay at Gianna’s place. The view is very nice and the surrounding is peaceful. The bed were comfortable. There is AC everywhere in the rooms. The house is functional. Maybe some pans in the kitchen in better shape would be nice. The outdoor is nice and the pool was very appreciated. We stayed during the beginning of June and temperature was nice on the terrace. Maybe more shadows on the terrace for warmer day would be a +. It’s really nice to have this outdoor kitchen. The outside furniture is confortable. (Some towels for the pool/ beach could be given) The location is nice. You can reach Krk island in 10 min. Lots of nice beaches and even dog friendly beaches within 10-15 minutes. Having a car is a must. In conclusion, we had a very nice stay, the outdoor with the view is great. The house is functional. Gianna is really nice and gave us some advices to visit and for restaurants. Thank you. We would definitely come back. :)

We had a wonderful time at Villa Botanica. The house and the surrounding garden is very beautiful. You can definitly see and feel the love Piero and his family have for this place. It is indeed a little paradise.

Die Unterkunft ist genau so, wie beschrieben. Wer es etwas abgeschieden mag, ist hier genau richtig. In 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man den kleinen Hafen von Merag - dort kann man herrlich schwimmen und ist meistens allein. Die Unterkunft ist klein, aber bestens ausgestattet und die vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der traumhaften Terrasse sind wunderbar.

Schönes Steinhaus, viel Detailverliebtheit und sehr gut gepflegt. Die ganze Gastgeberfamilie ist nett und die Kommunikation einfach, außerdem ist sehr viel zusätzliche Ausstattung wie z.B. eine komplette Ausstattung zum Grillen vorhanden. Die Aufteilung des Hauses ist optimal, oben zwei Schlafzimmer und eine Toilette und unten Wohnzimmer, Bad (mit Zusatztoilette) und Küche. Schöner Außenbereich zum entspannen und Parkplatz. Man kann zu Fuß zum Strand oder mit dem Auto, es gibt bekannte Strände aber wer sucht findet schnell auch kleine unbekanntere wo kaum Badegäste sind. Das Meer ist sehr sauber und schön. Empfehlung!

If you are looking for a different rental, this is the one for you. It’s miles away from the standard ikea furnished rental, it has tons of charm (both from the period it was built and the care from the owner), it secluded, and it’s challenging your habits. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great. The terrasse is awesome. Marina sent lots of instructions and was easy to reach. Highly recommend

Stefano's accommodation is in the heart of Beli. You have a view of the green valley, a fig tree and pomegranate bushes and the blue sea from the balcony. It is wonderfully quiet, with only a small footpath leading past the apartment. The furnishings are good, everything you need is there. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed our days in Beli to the fullest!

Ich und meine Freunde hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Unterkunft von Sara. Es gab nichts zu meckern und die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Besonders die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Außerdem hat sich Sara sofort um jegliche Anliegen gekümmert. Top und gerne jederzeit wieder :)

We absolutely loved Kristina's house. It is beautiful, modern but in a good mixture of the old house still kept to be seen. House was very clean and felt comfortable. We have everything we needed to stay there, even coffee machine, which was a huge bonus! Kristina made us feel very welcome and gave us many tips on our stay. She has gorgeous art shop downstairs. It really is a gem and worth browsing through. We highly recommend this beautiful holiday home and would love to come back ourselves soon 💜

We really enjoyed our time in Villa Elm. Milohnići is a nice little village. On arrival we’re taken care of with ham, cheese, and cold beer. The outdoor area is great for relaxing and having a BBQ (if you like you can get fresh fish or seafood in the bigger cities 20min away). The pool was nice to cool down without having to go to the beach. Our kids loved it… But you also find a lot of small bays to bath nearby that you can reach by foot. Don’t miss the sunset in the small Glavotok beach or a traditional local meal in the owner’s restaurant next door.

Casa di Karlo corrisponde alla descrizione fornita, è un luogo splendido dove soggiornare. Lo spazio esterno è ben equipaggiato , ottimo per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di mare. Il portico offre la possibilità di cenare all’aperto in comodità anche con la possibilità di un grande barbecue. Gli interni sono ben disposti e al piano superiore è presente l’indispensabile (nel periodo estivo) aria condizionata. Tomislav e Dominique, che ci hanno accolto, sono stati molto accoglienti e disponibili.

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen und entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Besonders toll war die Lage (abgelegen und trotzdem ist man schnell in der Innenstadt und am Meer) und natürlich das Whirlpool und die Sauna. Für unser Baby wurden ein Babybett und ein Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt und auch ein Sicherheitsgitter an der Stiege installiert und auch eine Babyschaukel war vorhanden, was wirklich sehr toll war. Wir kommen wieder :)

Franjo and his family is very friendly and always contactable. They are caring about their guests and it seems like no of our question was too much. The house is super clean and good equipped. We would love to come back!

This peaceful oasis on the Island Krk is the perfect place to relax and rewind. This cozy house had everything we needed and clean. The outdoor environment is the epitome of the Croatian coast - the terrace under large tree, a breeze with the smell of the Adriatic, and the sea is the distance. Also, the pool was amazing. We loved it! Moreover, the host was friendly and responsive. Overall, 10/10. Will be back again.

We (3 couples with 2 babies) spent a week in Kresimir's house in July. The location is great - there is a good restaurant, bakery and a shop in Vrh (within walking distance, if you don't mind walking 5-10 minutes in warm weather) but plenty of other great options in a 5-10 minutes long drive too (including beaches with bars/restaurants). The house is perfect for more or bigger families - it is comfortable, has plenty of space, superb & spacious bedrooms with private bathrooms each, the kitchen is well equipped, so is the outside fireplace area. All rooms are airconditioned. The house, the terrace, the pool are all very clean, comfortable and perfect for a relaxing vacation. Thanks a lot both to Kresimir and Martina (who welcomed us and handed the keys over upon our arrival and who was kind enough to also share a list of good beach destinations and restaurants) - the communication was smooth & straightforward all the way and I can only (highly) recommend booking with Kresimir.

Our stay at this beautiful house was more than we wished for! Marina & Zeljko has been the best hosts ever making us feel like home, giving us the best recommendations, checking up on us to make sure we had everything we need and being so generous and letting us try homemade and local products. The animals around the house was appreciated by both young & old. The AC in the house worked very well even on the hottest days. The pool and the outside area was clean and very well kept! This is the perfect holiday home for a family. We would love to come back!

Mein Aufenthalt bei Ana hat mir sehr gefallen. Vom ersten Moment an habe ich mich dort unglaublich wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Besonders beeindruckt haben mich die Gastfreundschaft, die Sauberkeit und die liebevolle Einfachheit, mit der alles gestaltet war. Ana und die Gastgeber haben eine Atmosphäre geschaffen, die es mir leicht gemacht hat, mich direkt heimisch zu fühlen. Vor allem die offene und warme Art der Gastgeber hat meinen Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Es war nicht nur eine Unterkunft, sondern ein Ort, an den ich jederzeit gerne zurückkehren würde. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und bin dankbar für diese schöne Erfahrung. Wenn ich wieder die Gelegenheit habe, werde ich definitiv wieder zu Ana gehen.
