From the balcony you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large toboggan. On the top floor you will find cozy sleeping places. Very nice 1-room apartment in the center of Linz with large terrace with 2 sun loungers, 2 chairs + table. Although we are right in the center here, it is amazingly quiet and peaceful. With double bed + fold-out couch. The two beds are separated by a wall, but still in the same room. Small kitchen that has everything you need. High-quality shower, toilet and washing machine! The owner lives in the same building and is always responsive and helpful. Welcome to Linz 🤗

The 42 m² apartment is located in an absolutely quiet location in Linz Urfahr and yet close to the center. Enjoy the advantages of the city and relax in the cozy apartment with garden and hot tub. The apartment is pleasantly cool in summer due to the basement. The main road in Linz Urfahr with many shops and public transport is very close. It is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours or activities on the Danube. Free parking is available in front of the house.

Our apartment is perfectly located for travelers, families with children (good excursion destinations), cyclists (Danube Cycle Path) and vacationers. With your own Airbnb access to the apartment, privacy is ensured. Local tax to be paid on site: €2.40/day adults. Children up to the age of 15 are free. A lot of emphasis has been placed on child-friendliness.
