Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Linz-Land District

Very nice house in a quiet location with top level of amenities. We felt right at home. The east and west terraces offer seating for any time of day.

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

We have been here for the second time and everything was perfect again. You feel at home, everything you need is there and the view of the garden is beautiful.

The house of Anita and Mathias is very beautiful, we had the fire lit and it gave a very cozy and homely atmosphere. The house is very well remodeled, the bathroom and kitchen are almost new and everything you need for a short stay. Also the surrounding is very nice and quiet, full of green and nature, we did many activities every day like; walking, going to the wildpark, spa, etc. They provided us with a very useful pdf with lots of tips for things to see and do in the surrounding area. Anita and Mathias live next door to the cabin, were always reachable and very helpful when we needed something. Happy to go again for a longer time:) highly recommended.

Very welcoming hosts, they were very charming with my little babies. They're so nice that they even gave us a little piece of cake. Impeccable, clean and peaceful accommodation. We arrived late, yet we were received very kindly. For the safety of our little baby, the owner made a grid with his own hands so that he could not fall from the floor/stairs. The next morning, a bowl of fresh organic strawberries was placed in front of our door for our little girl, which was sweet. Beautiful accommodation, environment, furnishings, everything. They thought of everything, we lacked nothing. We wanted to stay there for the return trip, but unfortunately we were not allowed at that time. Next time we go there, we'll go there without question. Beautiful appartement in the countryside and just 30 min drive to Linz. My son and I very much enjoyed staying at Gabriele's place, especially the quiet location, the lovely view out to the garden and that the appartement is sunny and well equipped, not to mention spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay in Gmunden. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located. Martina & Alex were kind, responsive, and paid great attention to detail. Truly felt like a home away from home. Highly recommended!

We were a total of 10 people staying with Karl and had a wonderful time – it was like being in paradise! The apartment is very spacious and perfect for a larger group. The view was breathtaking and the amenities left nothing to be desired. We were particularly enthusiastic about the huge bed and the well thought-out space for everyone.
