The house is built in the shade of the historic fortress church surrounded by streams. The residential building is centrally located and therefore a good starting point for activities! The apartment is on the ground floor with access to the garden. The approx. 40 sqm apartment has two rooms, as well as a shower room. The apartment can be darkened via electric roller shutters.

Our 100 sqm apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, overlooking meadows and nature. The forest is a 10-minute walk away. The nearest shopping facilities can be found in Steinheim, 3 km away. The Hermannsdenkmal is about 20 minutes away. Driving time, the Externsteine can be reached in about 15 minutes. Picturesque city centers, such as Paderborn, Schwalenberg, Detmold, Höxter and Hameln are easily accessible by car. Many cycling and hiking trails invite you to discover the surroundings.

Bad Pyrmont is a spa town with many top-ranking spa facilities. The town has a spacious spa park with the largest outdoor palm tree area north of the Alps. Perfect for strolling, eating and shopping. The beautiful surroundings are ideal for excursions on foot, by (mountain) bike and by car.

The renovated apartment is located on a secluded manor between fields, meadows, forest and ponds. It has its own entrance and offers 70 sqm of living space, which is divided into two rooms with a separate kitchen and a shower room with separate toilet. The 2nd double bed is located in the kitchen-living room. Thus, parents can sit undisturbed in the living room in the evening. Living room offers a fireplace (including wood). The water is supplied using its own well.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor of our apartment building and was last renovated in 2024 (since Airbnb). It has 2 bedrooms, each with 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm + 180 x 200 cm), a table to work, play, etc., and storage. The tables in one of the rooms + kitchen are foldable. The kitchen is fully equipped. It can be cooked and baked. There is 1 bathroom with bath and sink. The toilet is separate. Towels are provided.

This particular home has its own style. Tastefully decorated, the rooms are distributed over two floors. Each room offers a unique view. Either on the lake or directly on Bad Salzuflen. The city is within walking distance and thus offers everything your heart desires.
