Lovely place - away from the main ski resort🌅☺️ We were very happy that we found our place, by chance, on the edge of the ski resort to the Sellaronda. The local mountain always had a great slope, there was little going on and there was no snake. Free parking available at the elevator The place was nicely decorated - we were completely satisfied. The view of the mountains was very nice 🗻☀️ Communication with Bettina was super friendly and straightforward ☺️ A few more points we would have liked: - More power sockets There was no outlet in the pointed floor with the double bed, and a shelf or rule etc. would have been helpful here Also in the kitchen a second outlet would be useful for coffee maker and toaster for parallel use - Ski cellar with heating For our ski boots, we would have liked a heater, so the shoes did not dry - A simple filter coffee machine for larger quantities 😄 and no capsule machine

The house is in a great location, with amazing views of the mountains. We loved Niederdorf – such a cute little town. It’s a short walk into the center of town with easy access to busses and trains, plus a few restaurants and bakeries. If you want even more dining options, Dobbiaco is a short drive or train ride away (we would highly recommend Restaurant Winkelkeller). The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, including lots of Nespresso coffee pods. Two of the bedrooms are quite large, but be forewarned that the two single beds are in an extremely small room. It would probably work ok for young children but it’s not ideal for adults.

Giulios place offered such a peaceful and restoring getaway in the Dolomites. Provided amenities such as the washer/dryer, jacuzzi bath, and full kitchen made such a difference after a long day of hiking. Giulio was always available for communication and made sure we were well taken care of. Great affordable stay to be surrounded by the beautiful Italian mountains!

It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the quiet countryside. Lorenza is a very kind and welcoming host who made us feel right at home. Highly recommended if you're looking for a calm and authentic experience!

If you like peace and quiet in the Dolomites this is the ideal location. The apartment was excellent for our family. Sabrina is very helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We had a few questions about locating the house but with the photo we did locate the unit and followed the instructions to get in. For some reason we had a question about getting the key out of the door but thanks to the responsiveness of Elena and Giulio we were inside and ready to enjoy our time there. There are no restaurants within walking distance but plenty of wonderful eateries close by. The accommodations are just as described and the host is ready to help if needed. Would stay again and hopefully you find this review helpful

The perfect Getaway. Beautiful Nature , perfect for biking and a fully equipped house that is tailored for 8 adults. Two rooms have en-suite bathrooms. Andy and Sabine are the definition of Superhosts. We will be back.

Our stay in Sarnonico is unparalleled: The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Beautifully located and so lovingly and richly equipped that you feel more than comfortable and welcome from the start. Everything has been thought of that you might need as a guest, very clean and very cozy - the farewell was not easy for us! The garden, with its varied design and beautiful corners for relaxing, invites you to explore, and the natural bathing pond is another highlight! In addition, the selection of delicious herbs, salads and vegetables is fantastic - thank you very much for letting us help ourselves so much! This positive impression is rounded off by the host: Helmuth is very helpful and courteous, generous and has very good tips, happy to help with the restaurant choice, knows beautiful (hiking) paths and, and, and ... Place was absolutely stunning from the brand new kitchen to the wood back lit vaulted ceilings to the stunning views and the incredible location. Easy access was a bonus and the host was very responsive to all my stupid questions.

We had fantastic days at Chalet Rich with Alex and Ilaria. All was absolutely perfect. Even the weather in early May. The panoramic view is absolutely stunning. From the hot tub just amazing. We also really liked the harmonious and loving furnishings in the holiday home. We enjoyed the tranquility up there. And the mega pizza with Alex Bruder at the restaurant around the corner. It's a real gem.

Playing tennis on a private court with that stunning view it felt like scene from a movie. The court is in fantastic condition surrounded by mountain beauty. The property was cozy and charming, well-equipped and perfectly located - peaceful scenic and unique. Federica is wonderful host - warm and welcoming, always helpful and kind. If you love nature and tennis this place is dream come true. We can’t wait to come back!

Wonderful stay in Bressanone! Friedrich was very kind, he came to pick us up at the station and welcomed us with great helpfulness. The apartment is very central, modern, very clean and with a breathtaking view of the river, mountains and historic center. Perfectly accessible even for people with disabilities: no steps, you can comfortably reach the 5th floor with the elevator. We suggest providing a map to help guests navigate the complex (it's a bit labyrinthine at first) and perhaps adding a toaster, which is useful for many tourists. During an exceptional heat wave, we noticed the absence of air conditioning, contrary to what was indicated: there is only a ventilation system that does not keep the temperature stable. Minor details: otherwise, everything is great. Highly recommended!

Ornella’s place is very magical - we stayed only for one night as we made our way to the Dolomites but we will return for longer. It’s a beautiful flat with really cosy furnishings and a blend of old and new decor. We both slept so well - it’s extremely peaceful and Ornella was a wonderful host giving local recommendations and responding quickly! I would highly recommend.

Laura was a very responsive host, proactively communicating and sharing tips for our travel and check-in. The apartment was super super clean and well equipped for a longer stay. We also worked from the apartment which was easy thanks to the spacious kitchen and dedicated workspace in one of the bedrooms. The instructions on where to park were very detailed and it was extremely helpful to have a cold parking spot in the garage. 10/10 would visit again! 😊

We stayed there for a week with our dog and it was a dream! The system is very clean and really very well maintained. We felt completely comfortable, the view is fantastic. For most activities you need a car, which was no problem for us. We will be happy to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Juan’s place! Everything was exactly like in the pictures and the neighborhood was very calm :) Perfect stay and Juan answered all my questions and was very flexible with check-in when our train was delayed. Will be staying here if we ever return to Bolzano.

Beautiful accommodation located on the first floor above a pizzeria that allows you to eat until late. Very nice apartment, Hannes welcomed us and even helped us by asking the restaurant below if we could leave the car in the parking lot since we were only staying one night! He even surprised us by leaving us sausage, wine and homemade honey! Very kind of him! I recommend it 100% you will not be disappointed! I'll come back if I'm in the area! Super nice!
