Bright detached apartment in the immediate vicinity of the Rhine, quietly located in the countryside. Accessible through the garden (shared use possible). We are a family of 5 with a playful dog and 2 cats and are happy to give tips for a nice holiday. We are hosts with body and soul. The city center (cathedral...) is easily accessible by public transport and by bike (can be provided). Shops serving everyday needs can be found within walking distance. Both cities can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car or about 40 minutes by public transport. The beautiful Wahner Heide Nature Reserve is in the immediate vicinity and invites you to take wonderful hikes. Cologne Bonn Airport can also be reached just as quickly in about 15 minutes. Longer rentals are possible on request!

Welcome to this spacious and serene space. The location is beautifully rural at the gates of Cologne and well connected: bus stop outside the door, train station within walking distance in 10 minutes (RB25: Cologne main station or Deutz Messe 25 minutes, airport 20 minutes). Self check-in, separate entrance. It is a large space plus bathroom with marble shower. Ideal for 1 to 3 people. With an additional mattress, 4 people can easily stay overnight. Equipped with all amenities and a small library.

Spacious gable apartment for a getaway in the countryside

The minimalist design makes the apartment a place of rest. Forest and meadow border the small mountain village and give the feeling of being surrounded by nature. Our nearby “Windbusch” - the local “mountain” - offers one of the distant views for which our area is so much appreciated. From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

The apartment basically presents itself as an independent small house. On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining kitchen with attached living room. The staircase leads to the upper floor with great views of nature. There are also the two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower. The property was completed in March 2014 and thus presents itself as a new building. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2020.
