Schönes Einfamilienhaus (ca. 220qm Wfl.) an der Sieg gelegen. Es gibt genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten sowie Bäder, Parkplätze, Balkon und einen großen Garten . Außerdem gibt es einen Whirlpool zum Entspannen. WLAN ist ebenfalls verfügbar. Das Haus ist sehr ländlich gelegen, jedoch erreicht man den Bahnhof in wenigen Minuten und kann so ebenfalls in größere Städte reisen oder in die nächstgelegene, um einzukaufen. Das Haus bietet genügend Platz für 22 Personen oder Familien. Nichtraucherhaus!

Auf 400qm² Wohnfläche vermieten wir außergewöhnliche Räume, die fast alle einen wunderschönen Blick auf den asiatischen Garten bieten. Unser japanisches Teehaus läd hier zum verweilen ein und auch ein Grillplatz kann genutzt werden. Wir bieten ein Masterbedroom mit Balkon, incl. Gästezimmer für drei Gäste an. Sowohl das Kaminzimmer als auch das Terrassenzimmer sind für je vier Personen ausgelegt. Alle Räume sind mit schnellem WLAN ausgestattet. Wir freuen uns sehr über Deinen Besuch.

Euch erwarten viel Platz, ein 3,60 m breites Familienbett, ein weitläufiger Garten, Außensauna für bis zu 6 Personen und ein 8 × 4 m großer Pool. Ruhig gelegen, privat und ideal für Familien, Freunde und gemeinsame Auszeiten im Grünen.

We are surrounded by wonderful nature and enchanting villages. Our house is also ideal for day workshops and offsite meetings. Projector, screen and flipchart are available.

The "Kleine Villa im Pfuhl" with a large garden is spacious and was lovingly restored in 2010. It is great for families, friends and companies to enjoy together or to relax. A group of 10 adults and 4 children fits best in the house. However, additional bedrooms can be booked in the neighboring house on request.
