This unique place has a style all its own. You will stay on 75 square meters, in a lovingly renovated, state-of-the-art old building apartment in industrial style, with underfloor heating, fully equipped kitchen, balcony, cozy bedrooms with smart TV and a noble living room with dining area. The apartment is located in Dresden-Löbtau. Within walking distance you can reach lots of shopping, restaurants and public transport in a few minutes, with which you are in the city center in 10-15 minutes.

Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

Unser Haus mit 2 FWen befindet sich in ruhiger Lage am Fuße des Rauensteins, direkt am Malerweg. In ca. 600 m erreichen Sie Elberadweg, Fähranlegestelle, das Erlebnisbad und Gaststätten. Gute Ausgangsbasis für Wanderungen, Radtouren, ebenso für Besuche von Burgen und Schlössern sowie Sehenswürdigkeiten. In ca. 500 m befindet sich die S-Bahnstation "Stadt Wehlen".
