Das liebevoll hergerichtete Haus hat eine voll ausgestattete, grosse Wohnküche mit einer gemütlichen Sitzecke mit TV. Darüber befinden sich 2 weitere Etagen mit 4 Schlafzimmern und zwei Bädern. Vor der Wohnküche ist eine grosse, überdachte Terrasse mit einem offenen Grill. Im EG befindet sich auch eine Dampfsauna mit Dusche und extra Gäste WC.

The dream house is located directly in Berlin on the Spree with a small boat harbor and 1000 square meters of park-like garden. On the ground floor (with underfloor heating) is a living room, the kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower/integrated steam sauna and a Miele washing machine. On the child-friendly upper floor is a large bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with jacuzzi. In addition, there is a baby cot, a baby changing table and a baby running grill.

The villa with approx. 160 sqm is located on the outskirts of Doberlug-Kirchhain on a 2500 sqm property with a fenced pond. You will have the entire house and garden for you alone.
