Our penthouse (approx. 150 square meters) has a style all its own. The roof terrace is especially great in summer. Absolute feel-good atmosphere right in the city center. We are happy to organize a wine workshop. From Mainz you can make wonderful excursions to the wine regions of Rheinhessen, Nahe, Middle Rhine and Rheingau. The Mainz Carnival is a highlight. From the balcony you can see the Rose Monday parade. Unfortunately, there is a construction site in the neighborhood right now. Therefore, sometimes a little louder.

Die Souterrain - Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen von Rheinhessen in dem idyllischen Ort Schwabenheim an der Selz. Fußläufig befinden sich viele Wanderwege, Fahrradwege und Weingüter, sowie eine gut vernetzte Gastronomie. Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich eine Schlafcouch, die es ermöglicht mit bis zu 4 Personen anzureisen. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz befindet sich auf dem Grundstück

Torhaus in Kemel

Die offene Atelierwohnung im Torhaus ist Teil einer ausgebauten Hofreite aus dem 17. Jahrhundert. Alte Hölzer und freigelegtes Fachwerk sind von Rosenstöcken und einem wunderschönen Garten umgeben. Beim Einrichten haben wir großen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt. Bestehendes wurde auf- und umgearbeitet. Ein Großteil der Leuchten, Textilien sowie die Bilder stammen aus unserem Atelier. Dadurch bekommt die offene Architektur ihren besonderen Stil sowie den freundlichen und eigenen Charakter.

The Coachman's House - Tradition meets modernity

Tradition meets modernity The Kutscherhaus, part of a historic farmstead, located in the charming wine village of Hattenheim am Rhein. The modern wooden house, clad with natural slate, stands on a historic vaulted cellar. The open living-dining area is equipped with a "kitchen workbench," dining table and 2-seater sofa. Bathroom with shower and toilet and an outdoor shower in the romantic courtyard. The sleeping area on the upper floor can be reached via a steep staircase (see picture).

Centrally located in Mainz City

From this centrally located place, you can be at all important places in no time and enjoy a quiet stay in the middle of Mainz's old town. Many attractions such as the cathedral, the banks of the Rhine, the market... are within walking distance. Freshly renovated and modern, comfortably furnished with a 90 × 200 bunk bed (can be freely arranged for 2 people), 43" UHD smart TV with Magenta TV, small kitchen with appliances and utensils for small meals and bathroom with walk-in shower.

Large apartment with forest view - airport proximity

The newly renovated 70 sqm first floor apartment with spacious rooms and a beautiful terrace in a two-family house invites you to relax. The house, surrounded by a large garden, is located on the edge of the forest and is still centrally located in the Rhine-Main area with quick access to the A3 and A66 highways. In a few minutes by car, the airport (17 km) and the cities of Frankfurt (24 km), Wiesbaden (15 km) or Mainz (16 km) with their diverse offerings can be reached.

Cottage in beautiful Hattenheim

The cottage (about 70 square meters) is a converted barn and is listed as a monument. It is surrounded by vineyards, wineries, restaurants and only a 5-minute walk to the Rhine. Basically, it is only suitable for 2 people. The cottage is fully equipped with a washing machine/dryer, soda streamer, internet-enabled TV, Wi-Fi, lounge furniture on the terrace and many extras. Pets are welcome :-) I have hardly any reviews because the cottage was permanently rented.

The property is located in Dotzheim-Kohlheck, with quick access to the forest. The room with bathroom is about 19 m² and has a workplace with good Wi-Fi connection. The bed has a lying surface of 140 x 200 m. The nearest bus stop can be reached in about 5 minutes' walk and the city center is about 10 minutes drive away. The nearest Rewe or bakery with breakfast option can be reached in 10 minutes walk.

Expanded barn at the castle (loft with 2 bathrooms)

Experience the Rheingau and stay in our spacious loft-style barn with a cozy courtyard (with parking for your car) in the traditional district of Johannisberg. The world-famous Johannisberg Castle is 250 m away and the Rheinsteig long-distance hiking trail passes 400 m away. Several wineries with estate taverns or wine taverns are within walking distance.

Villa Rosa - close to city center

„Historie trifft Gemütlichkeit“ Die 3,5 Zimmerwohnung im Souterrain der Villa Rosa bietet genügend Platz für ein Wochenende mit Familie oder Freunden oder zum Arbeiten. Die Wohnküche lädt zum Kochen und Verweilen ein. Im Garten kann man im Sommer wunderbar grillen und für die Kinder gibt es einen Sandkasten.

Living on the Rhine in Ingelheim

Stay in my cozy 2-room apartment in Ingelheim am Rhein. There are numerous offers in the surrounding area. Just a 5-minute walk to: beach, Ingelheim summer garden, fairground on the Jungau, ferry to Oestrich-Winkel (Hesse), Ingelheim pier, shopping as well as various restaurants and delivery service.
