Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

Willkommen im sagenhaft-schönen weltbekannten Chiemgau,  Nahe am Chiemsee an den Alpen- bei Reit im Winkel und Österreichs Skigebieten, zwischen den Bergen Hochplatte und Hochgern,  wo die " Tiroler Achen" in Richtung Chiemsee fließt, liegt der schöne Luftkurort Marquartstein, genau hier sind wir als Gastgeberfamilie zuhause. The apartment was named after the first name of the deceased grandmother "Lenei" as a sign of appreciation. Grandma's favorite pieces meet modern chalet style and thus provide a place of coziness. Tiny House Bergen Schwesterchen Willkommen in unserem, mit viel Liebe selbstgebauten, Tiny House. Wir hoffen, dass ihr euch genauso wohl fühlt, wie wir. Unter dem großen Dach befindet sich ein zweites Tiny House, "Brüderchen", welches auch über Airbnb buchbar ist. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.

Herzlich willkommen in unserer Ferienwohnung mit großem Südost-Balkon. Sie liegt in Niedernfels, einem ruhigen Ortsteil von Marquartstein. Die Lage ist ideal zum Wandern, Baden und Radfahren/Mountainbiken. Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock eines Hauses mit fünf Wohneinheiten und ist umfangreich ausgestattet, unter anderem auch mit Bio-Lebensmitteln zum Kochen (Essig, Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, div. Gewürze, Gemüsebrühe).
