Historical Water Tower Montabaur

Built in 1879, the listed water tower in Montabaur offers a special and cosy ambience. In a prime location in Montabaur, between the ICE train station and the old town, pretty much everything the city has to offer is within walking distance. The tower is historically preserved, but still offers many modern amenities. Around 1990, it was completely renovated and converted into living space. In 2023 it was renovated with a new bathroom. It is ideal for single people or couples, for relaxing, sunbathing or hiking in the beautiful surroundings. A swimming lake with restoration is in walking distance. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with induction stove, oven, microwave, etc. A fireplace and home theater (3m canvas) make for cozy evenings in a homey atmosphere. The bedroom is air conditioned.
