On our farm you will find everything for quiet days in the countryside. There is an organic village shop with a café, a barrel sauna and nature right outside the door. Yoga classes are held four times a week – ideal for strengthening the body and mind. A parking space and an electric charging station are provided. We are a 4-generation farm with sustainable projects, including an emerging permaculture garden in front of the apartment. The apartment is ideal for couples. We are happy to provide a crib.

Gutes Essen gibt es am Hafen, in den Bistros und in verschiedenen Ausflugsrestaurants. Auf unserem kleinen Hof können Sie den Tag gemütlich ausklingen lassen.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services as well as beach/pool towels. In addition, a private gym and gym equipment are available for your use.

Even in cooler temperatures, the underfloor heating provides cozy warmth.

Our highlights for you: Stylish kitchen-living room with access to the spacious loggia overlooking the garden and water. Use the fitness and wellness area with fitness equipment, plunge pool, sauna, swimming pool (about 1.60-180 m deep & about 27 degrees) and chill-out area overlooking the Peenestrom. Park for free right by the house.

Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a washing machine as well as beach/pool towels.

The kitchen (freezer, fridge, dishwasher, induction stove, oven, extractor hood) and bathroom (double sink, bidet) are fully equipped. You have your own garden area, a terrace by the house and direct access to our spacious lounge. Unfortunately, the accommodation is NOT suitable for a stay with children!
