Getaway retreat in nature near seaside with stove

Modern guesthouse in the beautiful Sicilian countryside, overlooking a stunning valley, only 10 minutes by car to the nearest beach, not far from the historic town of Cefalu. The location is near the main house on a 5.5-hectare estate, overlooked by a mountain. Gets lots of sun even in the winter as its south-facing. The safety and wellbeing of our guests is very important to us and we take the utmost care to clean and sanitize the guesthouse very well in between stays.

Small independent apartment made from the family cellar, 4 km from the nearest beach. To reach it, a car or a shake is essential. I would define the Spartan retreat, essential, colorful, clean, cheerful. Those who expected to find everything impeccable, new, branded, definitely change the listing. I don't recommend it to Airbnb users who may not have understood the difference between a private environment, a hotel, and a BnB. Thanks
