Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Metropolitan City of Palermo

Roberto is a great host, he is very caring and supported us super with all questions. We always felt very comfortable. The house is in a fantastic location, with great views of the sea on every level. The highlight is the private access to the sea. The pool offers everything you need for a great vacation. Parking spaces are available on the property. We had a VW bus, a motorcycle and a small rental car with us. (and mountain bikes) The proximity to the airport was very convenient for us because we were there with the whole family and our children arrived at different times. A private car is necessary to be mobile. For us it was perfect because we needed about 50 minutes to the climbing paradise San Vito del Capo and could also go to Palermo. The distance to the most beautiful places in West Sicily can be reached in <1 hour. The residential area is very quiet and well maintained and we always felt safe. Thanks to Roberto

Great apartment and host. The apartment is clean , spacious and with a great outside space . Location is perfect , 5 mins walk to the beach and cafes and restaurants . Highly recommend and we will stay here again!

We have very much enjoyed a week in Ute’s lovely house. Well equipped, very private and quiet, we felt at home instantly! Nice (vegetable) garden, beautiful views to mountains and from roof terrace also to sea. Pool is lovely. Like I said to Ute: a real paradise. We hope to return in future! We had a great stay at this lovely cottage. The view is absolutely incredible, and the location is just a short drive from Cefalù, making it both peaceful and convenient. The outdoor space is beautifully maintained and perfect for relaxing—definitely one of the highlights of the property. The only thing to be aware of is that the neighbor’s dogs tend to bark quite a bit during the night, which may be a consideration for light sleepers. However, it didn’t take away too much from the overall experience. I would still definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a tranquil stay near Cefalù with breathtaking views.

This property is beautiful- incredible pool, very spacious for our large group with en suites and extra bathrooms, and great indoor and outdoor living areas. We had Francesca come and cook for us the night we arrived which was a game changer after a long travel day- incredible food and so relaxing and easy! Antonio is also extremely responsive to all our questions and so kind and friendly. There are some beaches near by that are really nice (10 min away max) and it’s 45 min to either Palermo or Cefalù so relatively easy to get to either.

100/10 the house was so beautiful and looked just like the photos. The pool was clean and amazing with rafts and a diving board. Air conditioning inside the house, beautiful garden and lots of outside space to sit and enjoy. Emanuele was super responsive and helpful every time we needed anything. His father and mother met us at the house for check in and were super lovely!! They set up a surprise of snacks and treats and made us feel like family. They also gave us some local recommendations and had waters and coffee at the house. Everything you need is right at the house and the grocery store is 5 minute drive away.

In one word: fantastic! The house is charming and spacious and with everything you need. The location and environment are beautiful. Anne and Ferdinando are among the best hosts we’ve experienced, and just really kind and cool people on top of that. The animal neighbors, the stunning natural area with lots of hiking options, the villages nearby and much more all made this a stay we’ll not forget. 10 out of 10

Amazing place to stay, Valentina’s place is unbelievable, if you’re thinking about booking it do, you won’t regret it!

The Adil’s apartment is like on the photos. The two principal rooms are big. One with 3 beds and the other one with 2 beds. The third room don’t have windows and a double bed. The kitchen is small, but enough for preparing a quick lunch or a breakfast. It is really near Central Station, so it’s very easy to arrive by train from the airport. Adil answers you quickly when you have questions and always try to help you.

This villa is heavenly! There is so much space and comfort – different areas for relaxing at various times of day, places for privacy and for socializing, being outdoors or inside. The beds are very comfy with fresh linen and towels, and there is plenty of hot water in the showers. The garden is very nicely curated near the house - with several seating areas, two hammocks and an outside dining area - and more informal elsewhere. There is an upward sloping driveway, and it’s uphill from town, but very close too. The hosts are very responsive and extremely helpful. We were thoroughly delighted with our stay!

The accommodation is perfect for several days. We stayed for a week and loved it. The small terrace is simply adorable. Everything was clean and comfortable. We felt comfortable:) Freddy is a very kind and helpful host. He offered to take our suitcases up and down, he took care of calling our taxi and gave us useful recommendations to improve our stay. I recommend it 1000%

Fernando's flat was big and clean. We spent a lovely week there. The location is right in the market area, and free parking is about a 10 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend staying here

Such a cute and quiet place to get away from the city just what we needed! Tania was so nice and we were able to hang out in the garden, pick the fig trees, have eggs from her chickens! Just incredible experience!

we booked short-notice and just picked the cheapest host on ustica. the online check-in and the instructions were probably not intended for airbnb customers and a bit confusing, we were supposed to be picked up, but we found the place (~10min by foot from the harbour) and called the number provided in the extensive welcome message. Vincenzo was easy going and happy to speak italian with us. since it was low season we could pick from any of the free appartments available which was nice. the appartment has everything that's needed and even a nice (shared) backyard with a view. the apartment is a good choice for staying a few days on the beautiful island and do a dive or two. we will come again :)

We loved our stay. Amazing view from the large balcony and in a really good area of town. The Airbnb was well equipped and even though it was in a very central location it was quiet at night. Antonio was a great host and super responsive. If we were in Palermo again, we’d happily stay here.

What a dream place! We had the most amazing vacation in the villa. We stayed at the home with 6 adults and 2 young children (1,5). The master bedroom is almost like a small apartment in its self. There is a room on the ground floor which was perfect for my parents in law who are less mobile. The place is spacious and beautiful. The garden is amazing with the private swimming pool and tennis court. We played tennis every day. The location is also very nice, walking distance from both the beach and the town. We would highly recommend to stay at this place! One of our best vacations ever!

We had the most splendid 6 days at this beautiful villa. The views were beautiful and the area was very peaceful. The villa was exceptionally equipped, allowing us to cook, bbq etc. We slept really well and have come away refreshed and relaxed from our lovely stay. You will need a car, but this allowed us to take a trip to Agrigento and multiple visits to Cefalu. Anna and her husband were extremely kind and friendly.

Excellent stay in this very stylish house. We loved the views and had an amazing time next to the swimminpool. We missed a couple of things in the house such as a smart tv with netflix, good wifi and space for groceries in the kitchen. But after our feedback I believe this will be solved immediately for the next guests. I would definitely recommend this place!

Olesia’s property was STUNNING - the photos don’t do it justice!! So spacious and well equipped, just a wonderful experience. It’s a 45 min walk in to Cefalu and pretty steep back but we had a hire car so no issues, just something to bear in mind. We had my 1 year old son with us and it’s not the most child friendly property (located on a steep hill, which is great for views but not for toddlers!!) but we absolutely loved our stay and I would definitely recommend.

AMAZING! In two years of traveling around Europe and staying in Airbnbs, this is the best house and host we have ever had. It is so beautiful, quiet and peaceful and it has everything you could possibly need. Maria Rosa is an amazing person, and she welcomes you and treats you like family, and makes you feel as if it is your house. She truly cares about her guests. There are literally no negatives about this property. I hope to come back again someday. Book it now and you will not be disappointed!!

The view, the space inside and out. Impeccable. Angelo was a great host and provided all the comforts our family needed for a relaxing holiday. Despite the rough road in, the destination is worth the adventure. We highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a more remote peaceful stay yet close enough to a beautiful beach town like Cefalu for day trips and date nights. But if you decide to stay in. You won’t be disappointed.

Osvaldo was a great host. He was super friendly and very kind and extremely generous. His Lido in Cefalu was amazing and with the free parking nearby was perfect for us as a family with a young child. Would definitely recommend his place to friends.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Villa Ortensia for 5 days and I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough! Serena’s house and property were nothing short of magical and she was extremely responsive and gracious. The natural beauty all around the property, beach access, and proximity to Cafalu were our top 3 standouts. You can really tell Serena loves this property and is excited to share it with guests.
