The house is equipped with all amenities; outside there is a swimming pool, hot tub, barbecue and parking inside the property. It is about 5 km from the nearest beach of Porto Palo and about 6 km from the city center. Nearby, the Archaeological Park of Selinunte (15 km), the village of Sciacca (25 km), and the Scala dei Turchi beach (80 km). Palermo Airport is about 1 hour away.

The house overlooks a wide open space with an outdoor small kitchen and a garden with different kinds of mediterranean plant and trees that surround the villa. At the ground floor there is a large kitchen and living room with a chimney and sofabed; upstairsr there are a double bedroom and one with 2 single bed, an antechamber, a balcony, the bathroom. All the rooms have heating, windows (with net) and wardrobe. There is air conditioning either on the ground and the first floor

Our villa is a new building located in the beautiful Contrada Paternella in Terrasini. The sea is at a walking distance, you can reach it either through a stairs or going down a slope (this way you can go to a beatiful bay). It is possible to swim there when the sea is calm, otherwise you can go to the beach in Cinisi (5 chilometers away). Our place is located in an area half way from Palermo and Trapani.
