Holiday rentals with a home theatre in Metropolitan City of Palermo

Sebastien’s place is very spacious, clean and extremely well-positioned. The upstairs section isn’t ideal for a toddler but it does mention this in the listing. The apartment is much darker than it appears in the photos and the lay-out is also a little strange eg. the most accessible bathroom is a little pokey. We thoroughly enjoyed the town of Cefalù and the apartment is in a great location close to the beach, restaurants and lively streets.

We loved staying at Biagio’s place! The apartment is less than a 10 minute walk away from the beach, and super close to everything. The place was super spacious and comfortable for my group of 7. Biagio was extremely gracious and accommodating, even as we arrived a bit later to check in. Would highly recommend!

The apartment is super central, so you can reach all the sights on foot. It is difficult to reach by car and there is hardly any parking. The rooms are modern and beautifully furnished. The absolute highlight is the huge terrace with an outdoor shower and deck chairs. Since the apartment is located directly on the Balaro market, you can always shop very quickly. Of course, you also hear the market, but that was clearly described beforehand. Alessandro's tips were great. We had a lot of fun and would be happy to come back.

Had a wonderful time at John & Simona’s villa! Suited 7 adults perfectly and the access to the semi-private waterfront was simply divine! Incredibly friendly and helpful hosts, with lots of recommendations and helpful tips to getting around the island. Will definitely be back!

The apartment is in a safe, calm neighbourhood and was very quiet at night. It's really well equipped and the shower was good. There isn't a lot of natural light inside, but it's nice to have the terrace to sit outside. Rosella was very responsive and left snacks and lots of water which was great.

She gave us a contact for a private captain for a romantic boat tour. Thank you so much

I don't want to say it's the most beautiful house I've ever seen but: beautiful, clean, well organized, spacious rooms and bathroom, everything working, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning, quiet area with easy parking, but very close to the center, walkable in a few minutes' walk. It was nice to feel at ease, almost like home. Thanks to the host, absolutely recommended.

Very nice room, host is helpful but aircon isn’t the best and no windows. Pictures are misleading aswell due to the place not actually being at the iclub place and it not even being open. Other than that lovely room and good host. Woukd stay again

It was a great and enjoyable stay at Fanny's house. Every room in the house has been tastefully decorated to a high standard. The area around the house is very peaceful, with beautiful views from the balconies. If you want to stay in a quaint and rustic village in Sicily within easy reach of ancient Greek ruins and beaches (Agrigento/beaches - 40/45 mins), Fanny's House will give you everything you need.

This apartment is in a fantastic location, away from the tourist madness, with great shops and restaurants nearby. Mingling with the locals was a breath of fresh air, and being able to do laundry was great. It's also walkable to tourist sites and the 101 and 102 bus lines. Dario responded quickly to my questions and was extremely helpful. Amazing value.

Our stay at Maria Concetta’s apartment was nothing short of amazing! She was extremely responsive, kind, gave us recommendations, and was always available for us - no matter the time or day. Her place was extremely clean, comfortable, came with all the amenities to make it feel like home. The location itself is in prime Palermo with everything from Via Libertà to the Politeama, the Foro, the historical center, etc. all within walking distance. This place is a true gem and we’ll definitely be back soon! Grazie Maria Concetta!

The accommodation is located in a quiet area, convenient to the center and close to the central station. Everything was clean and offered the services described. Alessandro is a very kind and helpful person. Palermo is a beautiful city to discover, with an excellent stay and a great vacation.
