Excellent stay. This place was massive with everything you could want. It was hard to leave. Such a great host who was very kind and responsive. Steep drive-way is not an understatement but the host was happy to help us with our bags when we arrived and left. Beautiful location, felt like a vintage resort. Would stay here again!

We had a fabulous stay! It was a dream come true. Pietro was SO helpful answering any and all questions we had. He connected us with local drivers and tour guides so we could experience local cities and have a personalized experience. We also loved the private chef that cooked us an authentic Sicilian meal at the Villa. Everyone felt like family. We all want to return. The villa was beautiful and the location was just what we were looking for in terms of easy access to the beach and restaurants

Das Haus liegt auf ca. 350 Höhenmeter mit einem fantastischen Blick über den Ort Finale sowie das Meer inkl. Sonnenauf- und untergang. Es bietet viel Platz mit großem Wohnzimmer und schöner Küche. Auch um das Haus herum gibt es viel Platz sich in Liegestühlen zu entspannen und den Blick übers Meer schweifen zu lassen. Ein Auto ist unbedingt notwendig da es nicht mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar ist. Palermo ist ca. 1,5Std. Fahrzeit entfernt, Cefalu ca. 20min. Andrea und seine Frau Francesca waren tolle Gastgeber. Wir wurden persönlich im Haus empfangen und Andrea hat uns alles notwendige erklärt. Ein wunderbarer Ort sich zu entspannen, Natur und Ruhe zu genießen.

AMAZING! In two years of traveling around Europe and staying in Airbnbs, this is the best house and host we have ever had. It is so beautiful, quiet and peaceful and it has everything you could possibly need. Maria Rosa is an amazing person, and she welcomes you and treats you like family, and makes you feel as if it is your house. She truly cares about her guests. There are literally no negatives about this property. I hope to come back again someday. Book it now and you will not be disappointed!!

This is a really special property. Ignoring the fact that access to the property could be challenging for some, the property presents as a luxurious private space that allows you to completely hideaway if you wish. It is in a nature reserve and therefore the access road cannot be modernised and this is where the potential challenge lies. Just don’t try and drive a low slung vehicle and you will be OK. In my view, if you are a reasonably confident driver, you will have no problems. Don’t let this put you off using this property. The house has everything you will need and the host provides a copious amount of welcome food. The co-host meets you at the property and provides a very warm welcome and offers clear instructions. He keeps in constant touch with you throughout your stay. The host is incredibly friendly and responsive and quick to attend to any issue that may arise. This property is highly recommended.

Without question the best Airbnb property experience and owner communications I have ever had the pleasure to enjoy. From long ago when I first booked followed by the month before the rental, Marco was responsive to the little things which made a good property great. Our family of three generations—68, 67, 43, 39, 4 were fully accommodated by Marco’s home. Our 4YO even learned to swim in the upper tier’s pool (1.4m deep w ladder). We had a wonderful meal prepared by Marco’s attorney sister Gaia our 4th night, and it exceeded even the great restaurants where we dined daily in Cefalù ( Pasta e Pasté, Lo Scoglio Ubriaco, Tinchité, and Oateria Bacchus in Sant’Ambrogio). Upon our arrival the kitchen was fully stocked with charcuterie, eggs, cheeses, olives, bread, beer, wine, and all manner of spices, seasonings, and butter. You’ll need to buy drinking water at Decó Supermercato but there was a lot in the villa to start. The driveway is steep so you’ll need to get used to it.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Emilio und Maria-Lauras wunderschönem Anwesen sehr genossen. Ein fantastischer Garten, ein wunderschöner Pool, ein toller Aussenbereich und eine gut ausgestattete Außenküche mit einem schönen Sitzplatz zum Essen mit Blick auf den wunderschönen Garten. Meistens hatten wir den Pool und den Garten für uns allein. Unsere Gastgeber selbst waren großartig. Obwohl wir nicht die gleiche Sprache sprachen und die Kommunikation über Google Translate lief, fühlten wir uns sehr willkommen. Emilio, Maria-Laura und Aldo sind so herzlich, freundlich und großzügig. Wir haben sie sofort in unser Herz geschlossen. Maria-Laura stellte uns sogar auf halbem Weg durch unseren Aufenthalt neue Bettwäsche und Handtücher zur Verfügung. Unseren Leihwagen konnten wir sehr bequem und sicher in der Einfahrt zu unserer Wohnung abstellen. Der Strand und die Promenade sind nur einen Katzensprung entfernt. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren. Unsere Woche war viel zu kurz. Wir kommen wieder?

Très bon accueil de la part de Giorgio, la maison ainsi que les extérieurs sont très bien. La vue est superbe et le logement est très proche de la plage. Les deux petits bémols c’est la piscine non chauffée (au mois de Mai c’est froid mais en été je pense que ça ne doit pas être un problème) et le logement est pas complètement privé. Nous n’avons pas été concernés pour notre séjour car le propriétaire n’était pas présent mais la maison est séparée en deux parties et les propriétaires peuvent être présents pendant votre séjour. Le préciser peut éviter des déceptions lors de l’arrivée… Par contre niveau propreté, équipements et situation géographique il y a rien à dire, c’était parfait.

איזור יערי מדהים ביופיו , הרבה שקט ורוגע , נכס מיוחד בעיצוב שלו , הינו 3 משפחות , מתאים מאוד למשפחה גדולה , נקי ומאובזר , 3 מפלסים , בריכה מדהימה , שני מטבחים , מטבח אחד ליד הבריכה , קרוב למרכז אך חייבים רכב להגעה ולהתניידות , נוף מדהים מכל פינה , קרלו המארח , אדם מאוד נחמד , זמין ועוזר בכל פניה , בית מתאים למי שמחפש טבע וים , צריך לשים לב שאין מעלית בתוך הבית ( למי שזקוק ומתקשה לעלות ולרדת מדרגות ) , כל חדרי השינה ממוזגים השטח המשותף לא אך לא הפריע לנו , יש מאווררים בכל פינה , המטבחים מאובזרים בצורה מושלמת , יש מהכל בנדיבות , המארח נותן גישה לכל מה שצריך בלי התקמצנות , אין ספק שהבית הענק והמיוחד בעיצוב שלו שדרג לנו את החוויה , הילדים לא רצו לצאת מהבריכה לטייל בחוץ, הרבה פינות ישיבה בחוץ , כל חדר יש לו נוף אחר , מקום מאוד בטוח , מגודר עם שערים

Lorenzo was very kind and discreet but always available if needed. The accommodation is more than adequate for a holiday stay with beautiful outdoor terraces and swimming pool with great views overlooking the sea. We did not have a car but a local bus is just a few minutes away for Cefalu. Beach is in walking distance. I would highly recommend if one is seeking a peaceful holiday

We had the most amazing time at this wonderful house in Alcamo. The property was excellent for our family of four (two adults, two children). it was spacious, clean, and with beautiful views of the ocean from both levels. You’ll need a car, which will give you access to the wonderful surrounding area. I must give our compliments to the wonderful hosts who did everything to make our stay special, including a birthday cake for a family member :) We highly recommend it!

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Excellent stay in this very stylish house. We loved the views and had an amazing time next to the swimminpool. We missed a couple of things in the house such as a smart tv with netflix, good wifi and space for groceries in the kitchen. But after our feedback I believe this will be solved immediately for the next guests. I would definitely recommend this place!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Palme! Giovanni, Antonella, and Valeria were exceptional hosts—warm, welcoming, and excellent communicators from start to finish. Their home was incredibly comfortable and thoughtfully set up, especially for families with young children and babies. We felt so at home that we ended up extending our stay by several nights! The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together, and the instructions for household tasks like waste disposal were clear and easy to follow. They also provided fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and sightseeing, which really helped us make the most of our time in the area. We can’t thank them enough for their hospitality and would highly recommend Villa Palme to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly getaway.

We've just spent a wonderful week at Enrico's fabulous villa, it really is a mansion! We had so much space to more than comfortably accommodate a family of 5. The outside area, Annex & pool are AMAZING, if the weather hadn't of been so lovely I'm sure we'd of enjoyed the huge inside area more too. The villa was spotless & provided everything we needed for a wonderful stay. Enrico was enormously responsive & very kind in assisting us with a late check-out to suit our return flight. We had a couple of little maintenance issues but Enrico addressed these immediately & made sure to check we were happy with everything, which we were. We arrived (late May) just out of season so the local restaurants & bars were only starting to open but it wasn't a problem. The villa is just 5 min walk to the train station which went direct to Cefalu in 10 mins & Palermo in 40 mins, it was great to not have to drive. We cannot recommend the villa enough & we can't wait to stay again! Thank you Enrico!

Vielen Dank nochmal für den tollen Aufenthalt! Das Haus war makellos sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Highlight war definitiv der großzügige Garten und der Pool. Auch wenn die Hosts ebenfalls auf dem Grundstück gewohnt haben, waren sie sehr diskret und wir haben sie kaum bemerkt. Zudem haben sie immer schnell geantwortet und uns bei allen möglichen Buchungen und Empfehlungen unterstützt. Wir können es nur empfehlen!

Stayed for a few days. Firstly confusing to locate the driveway, it comes up quickly from the highway. Giuseppe arranged to meet us and let us in. Place was spotless clean and bright. The minute you saw the balcony with the view it relaxed you. Located not far from Palermo on a main road. Restaurants are all along the road in either direction. Supermarket is a down the street also. Kitchen has all the needed appliances Balcony has Lounge chairs, seating area and a barbecue. Would book this again if ever in the area for an extended time, so you are able to enjoy all the amenities. AAA+

Great host and beautiful villa! We felt at home. Giuseppe surprised us one day by bringing us homemade Cannoli. We recommend renting a car if you are staying here as local taxis and transfers will cost you more than renting a car. Place and host 10/10. Full recommendation! Love you Giuseppe! xoxo

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal hier! Warum? Weil wir uns direkt verliebten und uns wie zu Hause fühlten. Es ist heimisch und zugleich da ultimative Gefühl von Urlaub. Man taucht direkt ein in eine Landschaft, die wie gemalt erscheint. Auf der einen Seite das Meer, auf der anderen die Berge. Ein kleines Steinhaus mit Privatsphäre und trotzdem hatte man immer das Gefühl, wenn was wäre, kann man sich melden. Danke, für diese wunderbare Zeit.

Excelent accueil de Valeria, qui a toujours été disponible et nous a aidé pour la reservation d'un taxi pour les enfants.Tres bel emplacement tres sécurisé dans un lotissement privé ,sur veillé par un gardien 24 h sur 24 .il faut une voiture bien sur et l'on peut la garer sans probleme devant la maison (c'est safe).jardin magnifique et belle piscine qui chauffe bien car meme en avril nous en avons profité. appartement bien agencé en sous sol de la maison avec une zone de terrasse privative, c'est effectivement pas tres lumineux pour les deux chambres du fond mais tout est tres propre et l'appartement bien equipé. la localisation est pratique pour visiter palerme, mondello est tres proche à 5 mn en voiture et l'aeroport à 20 mn en voiture ce qui est pratique pour le depart.

Dieser Urlaub war Erholung pur. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf Pool und Meer (und auch aus dem Wohnzimmer heraus mit Panorama-Fenster) macht süchtig! Zwei Badezimmer war eine schöne Überraschung. Wichtige Dinge wie Supermarkt, Restaurants, Strände sind mit dem Auto in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar. Und ja, der Esel auf dem Nachbargrundstück ist noch da und wünscht sich Karotten, Gurken und einen gelegentlichen Apfel. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben gute Tipps. Wir würden die Villa Rovelle gern wiederbesuchen.

Linda moradia cheia de personalidade com espaço interior e exterior incrível, até parece melhor na realidade do que nas fotos. Os arredores e as vistas são excelentes. A moradia também oferece privacidade. Divertimo-nos imenso e então com a piscina linda "infinita" com uma vista maravilhosa... O centro de Balestrate fica a cerca de 5 minutos de carro e há muitos restaurantes e bares, se quiser comer fora. O espaço exterior da moradia é definitivamente ótimo para ficar em casa. Adorámos tudo! Obrigado uma vez mais!!

Danilo is an absolutely amazing host, very responsive, hospitable and helpful. It felt like home, we got a personal greeting letter, which was a very nice gesture, some treats and some recommendations about restaurants., at the end of our stay there were even some little gifts for us. The house is very clean, spacious, modern, carefully designed to be practical, with a patio, terrace, swimming pool and sunbeds and also a little playground for children. There is space for everyone. It’s located a bit up, in a peaceful area, to get there you need a car but it guarantees a very nice view onto the sea. It was a great experience. The only regret is that we stayed only for one night. Danilo, thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

We hebben al heel wat Airbnb-verblijven gehad, maar dit was met stip het allerbeste ooit. Als gezin voelden we ons hier meteen thuis — en dat is zeldzaam. Alles klopte: het huisje was tot in de puntjes verzorgd, volledig uitgerust en perfect afgestemd op wat wij nodig hadden. Van aankomst tot vertrek verliep alles moeiteloos, in volledige privacy en met precies de juiste balans tussen contact en ruimte. Het zwembad was heerlijk — een fantastische plek om te ontspannen en echt te genieten van het buitenleven. En de tuin… wat een werk moet dat zijn om te onderhouden, maar het resultaat is verbluffend. Zo verzorgd, zo mooi. Het draagt enorm bij aan de rust en sfeer van de plek. Martina heeft aan alles gedacht. De sfeer, de voorzieningen, de rust… Het voelde bijna te mooi om waar te zijn. We vonden het oprecht moeilijk om afscheid te nemen, en dat zegt veel. Een plek als deze is zeldzaam. We komen hier met alle liefde terug.
