The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

You can hike or bike from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner.

Our farm offers a 15 m natural swimming pond and is located in an absolutely secluded location on the edge of the nature reserve "Höllbachtal", between Regensburg, Cham and Straubing. With us you will find peace, beautiful nature, a warm atmosphere and a very cozy ambience. Our two gallery apartments with fireplace and pine beds leave nothing to be desired. The fully equipped apartment consists of two separate rooms, connected by a wooden staircase. Stylishly furnished with a new kitchen and dining room table. As a sleeping option for two/three people, there is a box spring bed (1.40 m) and a pull-out couch. There is access to the large garden with covered seating by the koi pond.

Exceptional loft-like location in a former cowshed nestled in the beautiful Regental. The apartment is located in a hamlet, about 2.5 km from the town of Nittenau. Various vehicles/play options are available for families with children. The Regen River is only 150 meters from the property - anglers are always welcome!

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
