Fantastic for dog walking. It’s situated on a rural lane in an AONB . Situated between 2 villages both with pubs & village shops, one is easily walkable but a car is recommended, or bikes. We are located between north & south coasts so stunning beaches on hand as well as two national parks, Exmoor & Dartmoor.

Modern 3 bed house in a quite location. Private parking with direct level access to the enclosed rear garden which has a large decked area, rattan garden furniture and trampoline. Within 100m radius; -Tesco Express -Chinese takeaway (wood fired pizza and Sri Lankan curry van a few days a week) -Moorhayes Country House bar and restaurant. Children’s play park. Bus stop (although it’s only a 10 min walk into town) I will also consider letting your family pet stay on a case by case basis.

This small two bedroomed cottage was built in 1800 when the Mill opposite was fully working. It is in a remote, quiet and secluded part of Mid Devon within an hour of both the North or South coasts of Devon. It is accessible down narrow single track country lanes. The nearest shops are in the town of Tiverton, five miles away. The broadband has recently been upgraded to Ultrafast fibre to the premises with speeds of at least 450mbps. However, there is no mobile phone signal in the valley.
