LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! We are all about the oceanfront view and direct beach access. Our apartment is ground-level on the busy Mission Beach Boardwalk. It’s best for easygoing folks who are planning to spend their days on the sand and in the water. Our place has a vintage and rustic style with wood paneling. Boardwalk passersby can see into the apartment when the window shades are raised. This apartment is not a good fit for light sleepers, pets and guests who would like close parking.

A meal prep counter that includes a dual hot plate, microwave, air-fryer, toaster, K-cup coffee maker and fridge. A bathroom that includes a large walk in shower with a rain head along with a body wand. A comfortable king bed and vinyl floors throughout. You also get a separate entrance, your own enclosed patio.

Beach vibe 1 bedroom apt. on family occupied property. Off-street parking in Pacific Beach 2 blocks from Crown Pt. Shores Park on Mission Bay where miles of bike paths lead around the bay and to the beach. Near Mission Bay Golf, and Sea World. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance (7-10 blocks). Bus lines are 5 blocks. We are on a quiet 2 block long street with bikes, beach chairs, body boards, beach toys and beach towels for your use.
