Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Mission Bay

We absolutely loved staying in this pretty cottage-style home. Everyone had their own space w/plenty of "together" space including a nice sized couch & love seat, dining table, work desk, and a fantastic large built-in banquet seating in the roomy kitchen. Cozy, clean, quiet, sunny & roomy for our family of 4 (2-adults, 2-teens). Guest room with queen bed has it's own sink/mirror, and patio door entrance/exit which was especially appealing to one of our teens. Guest room with 2-twin beds was a tiny bit on the cramped side however had a huge built in closet. The front yard patio was very nice. Backyard patio/deck is backed up to the 2-story unit & garage but still roomy - just not as cute. The kitchen is a solid 10. Both bathrooms are roomy and so nice! Plenty of extra towels, blankets, pillows stashed throughout. Here are our only gripes - (a) the king bed is hard as a rock - pls add a foam topper!; (b) inkjet printer for last minute items (travel, tickets, work) would be a huge plus!

We had a great time here. Our little kids made great use of the wagon full of beach gear. The toiletries and snacks provided by the host were also a wonderful bonus. We love mission beach and this house was super convenient, well stocked and clean! We brought a larger SUV that didn't fit in the garage/driveway but street parking right in front of the house was no issue. Highly recommend.

The location is a ten minute walk to the beach. There’s a sprouts three minutes away and numerous bars, restaurants, and shops. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Great location with a very great host. Very kind people. I would definitely stay again.

It is a nice and cozy house with beautiful surroundings. Rooms are clean and items are almost new. 5 min walking to the beach area so you will have a lot of fun nearby during the day and also can have a good sleep at night as the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I had a great time with my family.

This was our second time staying here and we absolutely loved it-again! The home is always in pristine condition, and the location cannot be beat!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a lovely time. This one-bedroom, one-bath is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood in Pacific Beach. It was incredibly comfortable and well-stocked with everything we needed. It's the perfect location, so close to the beach and ideal for relaxing walks to restaurants, shops, and anything we needed.. Mo was very kind, helpful, and responsive, making our stay seamless. We hope to come back and stay here again soon!

Everything about Nathan's and Ryan's home was "chef's kiss" perfection for our family [my husband and me, and our daughter, son-in-law, and grandsons (ages 3 and 5)]! The way the home is designed really impressed us. We loved the floor plan, attention to detail (complete with toddler stool & all the amazing kiddo/baby needs!), and overall extremely well executed Mid-Century aesthetic. Our grandsons lived in the lovely pool, and while we adults sometimes joined them, we really enjoyed the various wonderful and relaxing hang-out areas of the backyard throughout the day and evening. We loved staying there, and will not hesitate to come again and recommend it to anyone in need of a superb recommendation of a fabulous Airbnb in San Diego. The boys lived in the pool.

Here's Paul and Amanda's place was an absolute gem for our family of four (two adults, two teenagers)! It truly felt like a comfortable 'home away from home,' small yet perfectly cozy for us. We loved being able to explore so many fantastic local restaurants – Cesarina and Ellie's Pizza were particular highlights! What really set this stay apart was Paul and Amanda's incredible responsiveness; they were so quick to help when we needed a few extra items. And the backyard? A real treasure! Being able to pick ripe blackberries right off the vine was such a unique and delightful treat. We highly recommend their place for a wonderful and comfortable stay!

We had everything we needed. We appreciated having the kitchenette. Parking was easy. The space was just right for two of us and we were able to relax each day after sightseeing. I enjoyed reading one of the books Anna had stocked in the room. Anna was easy to get a hold of and gave us recs for sites and restaurants.

Clean place! Note: if you’re going to accommodate 2 people, you should set up for 2 people. Plates, bowls, hand towels, wash cloths. Luis was quick to provide what we needed. Instructions on AC/Heater and TV remotes could be clearer.

Was on a roadtrip and decided to meet a friend in Pacific beach so was looking for a place for 2 days. This was a really good choice. nice homely place where I could work , wall around with friends to nearby restaurants and beach. Value for money.

Staying at wade’s was amazing. I felt comfortable in the neighborhood and in the retreat as well! Quiet and peaceful, bed was so comfortable I slept like a rock. Would highly recommend staying at Wade’s retreats!

Plenty of space in this little apartment, and you can’t beat the location—Mission Beach is literally just a few feet from the front door. Big thanks to Daniel, who responded quickly when I had trouble with the lock (turned out to be user error on my part!). The apartment was clean, well-kept, and looked just like the photos. The location is a perfect 10/10. We really appreciated the extra touches—beach chairs and boogie boards were available for us to use, which we loved. There's also a hose on the side of the property, so rinsing off after the beach was super easy—we didn’t even need to walk down to the public showers by Belmont Park like we usually do. Overall, a great stay!

The location of this place is fantastic. You can see Mission Bay from the front door, and then the bay and the beach are just a hundred yards away across a grassy park. Having a dedicated parking spot right by the front door was super convenient, and necessary in that area. The apartment itself is well equipped. It had everything I needed for my week-long stay.

This was the perfect spot in SD! Ideal location to be able to get to a bunch of neighborhoods, sandwiched between Pacific Beach and La Jolla. Gorgeous space and super comfortable for a solo traveler or small family. I absolutely loved my stay here!

The place was very cute, with a lot of services, like washing machine, grill, bikes, luggage storage. The area is perfect, everything is nearby, and lots of things to do. The team was super friendly and helpful.

Location is wonderful short walk to the beach 2-2 min. Simon provided a beach bag, boogie board, beach towels, and beach umbrella, which made going to the brach easy and more entertaining for my 13 yo. Great stay.

Perfect mission beach stay

This place was perfect for our family of four. The kids loved the pull out couch and was quiet comfortable. The condo is in such a great area minutes away from the beach a short drive to sea world and the zoo. It was so convenient with a toddler. Ashwini was a great host, communication was great! We definitely will be back !

Wonderful stay! The place was clean and had everything we needed for a week long visit to San Diego. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Easy walk to the beach and many local eateries. Would definitely recommend this place to others!
